Thankyou so much I'm so glad I found Pets of Elwood. Bonny was delightful & most helpful. The lovely person who clipped my Oscar did a beautiful job. I'll be back just before Christmas.

Every dog I see tries to poke their nose into this shop- the grooming service is fantastic and the products are unique and local. Highly recommend.

This shop is one of Elwood's treasures. There is such a gorgeous range of collars, leads and a variety of other pet products and the grooming is outstanding. The experience will be amazing for both you and your dog!

After 3 hours we have found our dog untouched and in a cage. When I walked in announced to collect her they quickly removed another dog halfway through grooming and put my puppy on the table. Told me to come back in 30 minutes. Why make a booking just to have a dog locked up for 3 hours? This is inhumane and unacceptable!

We took our dog here for a wash and nail trim. He looked very happy when we came to collect him. The staff were lovely - we’ll definitely be returning.

I love this place such nice people. Bonnie, Sean and Bec have been terrific with advice and even recommendation to a vet. I couldn’t be happier. The grooming service is excellent and the range of treats and chews is great. Bonnie has been happy to give me samples when I had to change my dog’s diet so I could get the right choice. They love their furry friends here.

Actually, their grooming skill is great and no complains at all. Sadly, a male staff at reception was not nice at all. No friendly, never smile, no appreciation to customers, no good customer service and seemed like he didnt even want to talk to us.we've been there couple of times since we lived near by and never feeling happy after we left shop. If you are looking for pretty and great grooming for your loved one, i'd say here is good place. But if you are counting on a good customer service, this place will never be the one for you.

Was told the grooming service would take 2-2.5 hours. Came in after 2.5 hours and my dog had still not been seen. They said another 2.5 hours and I said absolutely NOT, I feel sorry for my dog that is just sitting in a shop for 5 hours.
We ended up agreeing on another hour. Once I collected my dog and brought him home he was so dehydrated and thirsty that he drank his WHOLE bowl of water, obviously he was not given any water in 4-4.5 hours.
Almost feel this is negligent. Will not be returning.

Got a cat bed and was really pleased to be given a couple of sample bags of cat biscuits for free.
