After trying different vets in the area. I finally found a clinic that they actually care about my pet and spend time and energy.
Never charge you with hidden costs.

I went in today 22nd Feb, to buy my puppy some new clothing getting ready for winter, and my little dog was attacked by the owners dog without provocation she was just sitting next to me when she was attacked by the cocker spaniel.the dog did not stop even when mine was yelping! It was horrific.she is now traumatised and does not want to be put on the ground, she is so scared.a dog like this should not be in a shop. I am so horrified by this I would warn anyone not to take their dogs here!

Love, love, love these guys. My dog Frida is a cavalier king charles spaniel and can be quite timid and shy. She hates the hairdryer and has come away from other groomers scared and shaking. Whenever I pick her up from Pets of Elwood, she looks gorgeous and is very relaxed and happy. Great price, lovely staff and an excellent service.

Sadly, if I could give these guys zero stars I would. I only took my puppy here once and she was completely traumatised. When I picked her up she didn’t seem like herself and was disoriented.
By the time got her home she wouldn’t let me or my partner touch her and hid in the corner, leaving only to drink water, of which she drank two full bowls. She would snap at both of us when we came near her, something she’s never done before. It was terrifying. It took over 5hrs before we could pat her and more than 2 days to return to normal.
I don’t leave bad reviews, in fact this is my first and I know every business can have a bad day or bad customer experience but this was too concerning not to mention and I felt I needed to warn other dog owners.
Please Note; she’s never had any trouble at Petiquette (down the road) before or since, and always comes home happy. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future, especially here.

I've brought my dog here 3 times. The first 2 times were fine;on the third time coming in he started shaking and was reluctant to go in. I took it that he just didn't like being groomed. When I picked him up he peed straight away on the floor and then drank his whole water bowl when he got home. He also had a cut on his chest and his nails hadn't been trimmed. I went back to get his nails trimmed and complained that he had been cut and seemed to have no access to water while he was there I was told someone would ring me back. I didn't want to post a bad review about a small owned business so I approached them personally to give my feedback but no one called to explain what had happened or to reassure me that it wouldn't happen again.

Amazing groomers who are professional with every dog breed. They're so friendly and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Average experience at best, we tried this salon as it was on the way for us to our dog training group. Staff seemed stressed and not much attention for pups or owners?

I picked up my dog this week and I have to say the grooming area looked uncomfortable for dogs and some dogs looked like they were waiting in cages for a while.
Other than that the store presents well but I am concerned about the dogs.

I brought my pet and was happy with the nail clip.
Was trying to book again today and asked very politely if they had
availability.

The owner answered and told me there was no availability.
No problem, was going to inquire about tomorrow but was cut short mid sentence to be hung up on with a "thanks bye".

It seemed as though she just wanted to get rid of the call rather than help me out. Not sure where the attitude came from.
I never write reviews but I am shocked at the rude service.

A big thank you Oscar’s groom. The best he has have in Melbourne! Staff are very friendly and definitely have a passion for animals. Happy to have finally found a regular groomer.

Ms Molly (Shitzu Maltese) has been going there for 7 years and she gets so exited when I tell her in doggy speak that she's off to get groomed. They do a great job with Shaun at the helm.

Love the team at Pets of Elwood. Bonnie & Shawn are always so helpful. Marley has a regular four week booking for grooming now and they are all so helpful around his allergy needs with his paws and dietary limits with no treats. So grateful for the attention to detail.

I went there with my dog to buy some toys & treats. Shawn and Bonnie (staff) were so friendly and welcoming. Knew exactly what I was looking for. Great little place with a variety of pet products. Definitely worthwhile paying a visit.
