Came multiply time to change size no hustle by amazing tony

We went into multiple suit stores today and walking into Peter Jackson was the first time we felt welcome.
The service was amazing 11/10.
We had the pleasure of being served by Tony, it was best customer service we have ever recieved, friendly and knowledgeable. Walked out with two suits and completely satisfied. Thanks again Tony!

I had the pleasure of being served by Tony. He is the definition of great customer service. He helped pick out 2 beautiful suits. I've always wanted to say "I've got a suit guy" and now I can after meeting Tony. Look forward to going there again and adding to my collection!

Dash deserves serious credit - picked out a wedding suit for me, a work suit out for me and even a Christmas party suit for me. We checked out all the suit shops and tailors around Essendon and Dash's service won the day. Highly Recommend you visit this gentleman.

Dash deserves a pay raise or a promotion. Peter Jackson should be very thankful to have this amazing guy as part of the saff!

I know customer service isn't really enforced within outlet stores but a little effort would be appreciated.

Very unprofessional, rude & unfriendly staff, went there to buy suits. First of all, one staff member was busy on his mobile phone and other was busy on computer drinking his coffee. Not interested in guiding with the sizes. We end up looking things by ourself. Will never go there and will not recommend anyone.

Totally unfriendly staff! Was there couple of hours ago and wanted to buy 3 shirts for husbands, but seems like they don't need to sell. Not going back there!

Very rude middle aged European man. Made inappropriate, rude and unnecessary comments about me and my partner.
As I’m hard of hearing, I didn’t hear his request to use the mirror as he tried speaking to me from the other side of the shop.
This seems to be his reason for making rude comments about me that my parter later advised me of.
Wish I didn’t buy the jacket now.

Very professional and experienced with individuals fitting. I had a budget of $200-300 for a suit which I knew was a bit low for a good suit, Ended spending $260 including a shirt and well fitted no alterations needed. Will definitely come back.

I walked into this store on the weekend, having a rough idea of what I wanted, but not knowing what size I was and within 20 minutes one of the guys that works there (Adam) was helping me and had already found a suit that fitted me perfectly and to my surprise had fitted me out with a pink shirt (which would not normally be my first choice)

I was sold! The suit and shirt looks great! It fits me like no other suit I've ever owned.
