I had a great experience at the Essendon DFO store. Tons of affordable options to choose from and was assisted by Elli who got me what I wanted. She even gave some excellent styling tips!

Essendon DFO, there is a weird worker in this shop who makes gestures behind customers' back.
I just pretended I didn't see his impolite behaviour. He definitely worked more than 4 years in this shop, he was better then, looks like running insane. I just came this time because I had a good hitory with Peter Jackson. But never come again.

The man working today (friday) around 3ish, wearing a red shirt. My brother walked in and asked to be dressed and he did an immaculate job. He knew what he was walking about, very good customer service.

Very pleasant experience. Guy was very polite, professional, not pushy, not condescending. I walked in considering a suit but ended up buying more just because it was nice and easy. Also got some additional discount on top of the sale without having to ask. Pleasantly surprised.

I had my 3 kids with me as well and it would have been frustrating for any shop with young ones waiting impatiently.

Customer service still lives. Well done guys.

This review is following up an initial complaint which was made to Peter Jackson about 3 weeks ago, which they never bothered to get back to.

I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience with Travis deserves one. I went in earlier today with some other friends and everything was going good at first, until the end of our visit when we told this individual that we were going to look around at other stores as this store was the first place that we had looked at. In my many years of shopping, I have never experienced treatment this abhorrent by a retail worker. Travis’ response was aggressive, snarky and out of pocket as he felt the need to question whether or not we were being ‘serious’ when we made that statement, he also felt the need to mention that he had ‘helped us out for ages’ as he rolled his eyes and walked away whilst making several more similar distasteful comments. I’m not sure why he felt the need to have an outburst as give or take he helped us look at 3 different suits, and there was only one other customer in the store who needed his assistance for about 10 minutes from the time we entered and left. Myself or no one else is obliged to buy anything just because we entered your store and had your assistance. Travis work on your customer service mate, it’s terrible. As for Peter Jackson I suggest they look at the rest of the distasteful comments left about this individual and perhaps train him on his attitude and customer service. To customers, if you don’t want to be made to feel like you’re obliged to purchase something or be on the receiving end of such inappropriate comments, I suggest being served by another person at this store!

I was lucky enough to be shopping mid-week and escaped the hustle and bustle of weekend shoppers. I was blown away with the exceptional service provided by both Travis and Matthew. The pair, working in tandem, gleaned the necessary information from me and quickly presented me with garment choices that nailed my personal style. Thanks for your assistance guys! Went there with my wife today to find a suit, there was a middle aged European man who was rude and obnoxious, this particular staff member presented uninterested, condescending and SMUG!
This particular staff member needs the boot!

Totally unfriendly staff! Was there couple of hours ago and wanted to buy 3 shirts for husband, but seems like they don't need to sell. Not going back there!

Disgusting customer service! Unprofessional and racist. As I walked into the shop with my wife and child a sales man by the name of Travis started to huff and puff and give greasy looks towards us specially towards my wife (I suspect because she was wearing a head scarf) and my child. Did not even bother to welcome us into the store or ask if we need any assistance the worst customer service and department store even though I have been shopping and friends and relatives in Peter Jackson for more than 15 years. Will never walk into their store again.

Trav was so helpful. What he didn't have, he found Peter Jackson stores which had stock and confirmed with them by phoning. He's also great with sizing etc.

My fiancé and I went shopping today and received a fantastic customer service from Travis. He helped us pick out a suit and everything we need.

Overall good deals, good quality and amazing staffs.

Was looking for a sports jacket to mix and match with Chino pants. Asked for advise from the salesperson and he straight away advised to goto the local shopping centres suit shop (don't want to name the suggestions). Even though there were a good collection of sports jackets in store, the experience was not welcoming. Then we made a trip down to the Peter Jackson
store at westfield doncaster. Received exceptional customer service from Frank over there and ended up purchasing a nice sports jacket and chinos. Please educate your staff to provide better customer service.

My partner and I walked in on Sunday looking to buy a suit. We had the pleasure of being served by Tony and had left the store in awe with the overall experience. The service was one of the best we've ever received (if not THE best). We're quite a young a couple and needed a lot of assistance with picking the right suit for my partners brothers wedding and Tony was the right man for this. Experience was so good we have planned with the groom of the wedding to come with us in the coming weeks to specifically see Tony. The one place my partner and I will always go if he ever needed another suit purely for Tony's service.

Inside the Essendon DFO, the store has a bright, warm ambiance. The store was only slightly busy on a quiet Thursday afternoon. Shopping for a suit jacket I found the prices on specials extraordinarily good. Pure Merino Wool jacket beautifully tailored and lined and exactly my size for less than $60! A real bargain. Obviously luck of the draw finding exactly my size but they had a good range of sizes and colours and the "Special/Discounted" prices really were a bargain. Excellent quality. Lots of accessories as well. The salesman was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed even though they were almost certainly selling the jacket at a loss. The jacket was supplied with a quality hanger and superb folding suit bag which I would have happily paid $15-$20 for as well!
