Peter Alexander

Came in here mid January and, although there was a large range of products and sale items, the service from staff was disappointing. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than actually serving customers. There are loads of Peter Alexander stores in Melbourne - I would choose to spend my money in a store where the staff don't see ringing through my sale as a chore.

The most interesting thing in this store is no staff saying anything or behaving any manners to welcome Asian-face customers especially an Asian staff. She's been very cold and inpatient with Asian customers.
But they treat White Customers with super enthusiasm.
Never recommend this ridiculous store which is full with racists！

Had the best service here this afternoon. One staff member found everything I wanted to buy, and in the right size too!

Smells like bubble gum. Overpriced PJs but the ladies love it. They must have just got the rights to Harry Potter by the looks due to the vast range of HP branded items, so if you consider yourself a fan of wizardry nows a good time to stock up.

Good product but service really needs improvement. The whole store looks very busy but it's really because the staff are undertrained. We asked one of the staff if other stores has a XS for a pj that we were after, she told us two other places has them, so we went there and turns out XS is never available for that specific PJ! Also took them 15 mins to wrap up a set of PJ and we didn't even get the right gift receipt when we asked for it.

Great sleepwear! If only the service was as good as their product. I went to Camberwell Road and Chadstone and both performed poorly.
There were 2 people bringing in new merchandise and with the store busy they didn't really bother to engage with anyone.
