26Excellent service! Stopped past to have a pyjama set I purchased for my wife on mothers day exchanged and I was assisted by Chloe at POS. Unfortunately, the styles we wanted were only available online. Chloe was amazing. She offered so many options from exchange for alternate style in store to a gift card / refund buy online ship to home or pick-up in store. She really listened to me, and made me feel like she wanted to help me get the best outcome. As a result we ended up buying an additional set and organised direct shipping to home. Chloe was able to organise it very quickly. Even with alot of back and forth on the phone and indecision with selections, Chloe was patient and understanding. Outstanding customer service. Please pass this feedback on to your team. I cant wait for my next shop at PA Chadstone. Thank you so much!
Got some really good pyjamas on sale! Staff are friendly but PLEASE clean the change rooms! I went i tonight and they were FILTHY! Pyjamas all over the place and there was literally BALLS of hair, dust bunnies and fluff rolling around on the floor I had to dodge around it all. Have they never been cleaned because it looks like it!
Nice store polite staff pajamas i bought for my wife put a smile on her face. Alittle on the expensive side tho

We received fantastic customer service from the team at this store. In particular Chloe went above and beyond to look after our needs. All staff were friendly despite it being a particularly busy and warm day.
Had placed pj sets on hold from when they opened, went into PA to pick them up on the same day and they had either sold it or lost the sets. I’ve walked out frustrated, while Grace was trying to sell me other sets I didn’t want, and Grace repeatedly told me they don’t pop pj’s on hold when she showed me a whole basket full of other people’s holds.
Customer service is disappointing to say the least especially for disabled individuals. Will not be purchasing again.

I went in to buy a very special present for someone that have rules for their clothes, and the staff was very good to me, helping me to find something that would respect my friends religion. I really appreciate Sarah’s assistance, she was great!

The worst customer service ever. If your so miserable please just quit your jobs, christmas is your biggest and busiest season and the team have the audacity to have bad customer service. This is for the morning christmas eve team.
A big thank you to Dan, I lost a Peter Alexander gift card the day before Xmas eve. I called the store and the told me the card cannot be cancelled because it’s like cash and there is no way to cancel it. I returned to the store on Christmas Eve to purchase another gift card and when I spoke to Dan about what had happened he immediately told me he would find out if they could cancel the other card and reissue another card at no cost. Well Dan made a call and it was fixed in 5 minutes. This was able to be done because the card number is on the receipt.
Sales Assistants are always so friendly and helpful. Apart from all the nice products, the service also makes you want to come back. Amazing shopping experience.
Christmas pjs are the cutest! If only it came with a matching doggy bow. Customer service from the girls working was excellent.
Sales Assistants were extremely helpful, gave advice on the silk pajamas & grabbed another silk robe in the right size. Also wrapped them up beautifully as they are gifts!

Although it is a nice department with nice products, they just only care about selling without give a nice and HONEST information about the items. I 've been always the GLASSHOUSE CANDLES from there, as the price it WAS reasonable and the smell WAS amazing. Few weeks a go I made a purchase of the same RIO DE JANEIRO candle, now it comes in a different white colour and ZERO fragrance, the lady trying to push and sell as much she could, giving poor feedback about the candle trying just to sell and rush me off to get out of the place, as the queue was long, with attitude. NOT good at all.
Lovely store at Chaddy. They also have beautiful Glass House candles. Really lovely staff.
The most interesting thing in this store is no staff saying anything or behaving any manners to welcome Asian-face customers especially an Asian staff. She's been very cold and inpatient with Asian customers.
But they treat White Customers with super enthusiasm.
Never recommend this ridiculous store which is full with racists!
Was in the store looking at candles and hand wash’s that were behind the counter. One of the staff members said I could duck behind the counter to have a closer look at them which was super nice however the manager ‘Jordy’ then walked over and asked if “I need anything and to please step away from the counter” in what might be the rudest & condescending tone I’ve ever heard.
Being rude to potential customers isn’t a personality trait Jordy and I’d maybe suggest a career move into something where you’re not dealing with people as it isn’t your forte darl.
Came in here mid January and, although there was a large range of products and sale items, the service from staff was disappointing. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than actually serving customers. There are loads of Peter Alexander stores in Melbourne - I would choose to spend my money in a store where the staff don't see ringing through my sale as a chore.
