Ordered treatment for my cats around 1230pm today, with same day delivery.
I did not expect the medication to show up within the HOUR from the store!

I ordered an item for same day delivery which was unavailable at the time from the location, the team were absolutely incredible at working out a solution and the customer service was absolutely immaculate.

From the very first time I played this toy with my kitten the strings were falling off, the worst part my kitten ate them and I couldn’t stop her. Cats eating strings can cause serious complications, this is really irresponsible, selling dangerous low quality toys for $16. Cat parents, please be careful with your toy purchase. Petbarn team please take your unsafe toys down before it harms more cats.

Amazeballs. I was isolating waiting for test results and urgently needed pH testing kit and fish pellets. Did the online home delivery service, my test kit and pellets came 2 hours later. Left in my mail box like instructed. I'm over the moon, so is my fish thanks Pet barn!

Always friendly and very knowledgeable with dog food for elderly dogs. Great range of dog jackets/jumpers too!

The building looks antiquated, not very welcoming and yukky from the outside but its the interior that matters and it does have a wide variety of pet supplies at a reasonable price. Staff are congenial, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I bought some cat toys which were ideal for my cats because they loved them.

Friendly & knowlegeable staff - pooch loves walking down the aisles and sniffing out the treats!

Some staff were knowledgeable on one occasion and the others were not it annoys me when staff of the pet store don't know much about Pets

I dont have any pars yet, but when i do, i will definately go here as it looks great, they seem to have everything inside that you could need and very competitively priced, well worth a look

Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Thry have a good selection of items available but they are a bit smaller than the one in Richmond so may not have everything you're looking for.

Benjamin button loves a bully stick from pet barn. All the staff give him treats so it’s now his favourite place

Staff scattered around store, select staff are heavily ego based which turns me off shopping here and visiting my other local store, rushed atmosphere.

No access for disabled persons on wheel chairs
I was denied rear entry because they claimed it was no safe for my self and if I needed products to relay to them from outside the store.

Very friendly staff that really care about your pets needs. They take the time out to chat to you and explain everything in detail. Services are great with sample treats, sample sprays and many other things that will make the visit with your furry friend worthwhile
