Amazing service. The staff were amazing. I was there on 14.01.24, and was served by a lovely man. If someone from Perbarn South Yarra reads this review, please let that lovely young man know that his wonderful service is much appreciated.

I am a cat lover and this place is heaven found every think we needed for our cat such great options and I love the food toppers

Be careful of what you actually pay at the counter. The Wahl grooming section had labels on each product saying 'Buy one, get one half price'. They didn't have the single prices on them. In smaller writing it said 'Single prices from $16.99'. Took two up to the counter and they said this one is normally $31 and this one is $30. So they aren't $16.99, key word being 'from'. I think it is deceptive and the staff member agreed with me.

My dog really enjoys visiting this store and goes nuts each time. Staff are helpful and friendly.

This Petbarn is AMAZING! We have a 'nervous' dog and staff were super helpful, supportive and understanding. Vanessa was warm and welcoming and provided an all round great experience for us. Unbeatable prices and lots of variety. Our new local for all our pet needs!:)

Great customer service but desperately needs a wheelchair access. It’s a nightmare for me every time I go as have a big dog and pram. The lack of access is making me consider going elsewhere.

Bought heaps of dog food and was struggling to carry them. The girls did not offer to help me carry it to my car. I made two trips on my own while they waited inside. Really disappointing

Placed a same day delivery with Petbarn South Yarra and they were great! Spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who kept me updated with my order and told me about engraving the pet ID tags. Luna and Eclipse look so cute with their new collars!

The ataff at Petbarn South Yarra are da bomb! They are always so cheerful, well informed with personality plus! I love shopping there.only today i was walking past Woolies & needed Kitty Litter.then i realised I would much prefer to go to Pet Barn as i will have a much better shopping experience. I always go away feeling great.today was no exception.please let the staff know that they are appreciated and are awesome!

Very friendly and helpful staff, had a bunch of stuff to buy as a first time puppy owner and the staff helped me find everything and even price-matched a lot of the items. Great range.

This is an awesome one stop shop for everything from food to fit particular breeds to comprehensive pet insurance. Super impressive for your pet friends and family!

Lovely staff, good variety. AND! I got a bunch of dog jackets all down from $50-60 to $2! Yes, you saw correctly. $2! Wow! And the deals on their dog toys. 2 for $10,2 for $20,2 for $30.it is great!

As much as I love seeing the lil puppy dogs and cats at all the pets stores, its good to see that practice has stopped. Nevertheless, the store was well set out staffed with capable and well informed employees. If you're in the market for pets or barns i recommend you give the guys at Petbarn South Yarra a call.

Convenient and close to station and other main shops and market.
No designated carpark and if you miss any available parking, you might get lost in the maze of lanes at the back
