Penguin Childcare Parkville

My son has been going to Penguin Childcare since he was six months old. I was amazed as all of the educators at the center remember his name within a few days even they are in charge of his class or not. The staff are professional and look after the kids with great care. For example, my son had nappy rash a few times when he was at home but has never had from the center. Every few months, the menu is changed and Neeru always asks for parents' opinions. The education program also helps kids develop skills to be independent. The admin is also very supportive in terms of arranging schedule giving my family great flexibility. My son enjoys his time there, and as a mother, I'm very happy and "relieved" as I know he is in good care of lovely people.

My two kids have been attending Penguin childcare for two years now. I strongly recommend this center to other parents as this is the best childcare I have ever seen! Staff are truly amazing and caring. They treat our kids as they would do their own and are like the second family to us. The environment is welcoming, well maintained and clean. I'm rest assured my kids are in good hands when I'm at work and receive notifications about my kids activities and progress during the day.

My son has been going to this childcare for over a year and he absolutely enjoys his time there. It's obvious how caring and engaging all the educators are and how well run it is as an organisation. My son comes home and continuously speaks about his peers & educators all the time and is always looking forward to go back. Would recommend it.

I was tossed between penguin childcare or the thinking kid childcare around the corner. And I am so glad that I trusted my guy feeling and went with penguin.

I like them and my son loves going to childcare so much, he doesn’t even want to go home. He was 9 months when I sent him and settled beautifully. Staffs are so helpful and supportive as this is my first child, all these are new to me.

Educators are nice, they genuinely love kids. Daily programs are interesting, keeping my son very busy throughout the day.
I got notifications on what my son is doing, mostly real time, which gives me a peace of mind.

edit: We have re-located and sadly cannot attend this childcare centre anymore. I cannot find a childcare in my area that is comparable to Penguin Childcare, if I could send my son back, I would do it in a heartbeat.: (No one can give me that peace of mind like you guys did.

I am very happy with the care and attention that my daughter receives at Penguin Childcare. She has been going there since she was 11 months old and she absolutely loves going. The educators are very attentive to her needs and have developed close relationships with my daughter. I take a lot of comfort in how at home she feels going to Penguin Childcare. Every day they do educational activities, and we receive regular updates throughout the day on what they are doing.

The centre itself is large, clean and very well maintained. The children have plenty of space to run around outside and inside.

Absolutely no regrets enrolling our 2 boys here. They started in the toddler room & settled beautifully.

For first time daycare parents, the staff are so lovely & supportive - especially when you might be worried about their sleep or taking a bottle/cup.

They genuinely love children & just look out for them. There have been times I forgot to pack my son’s hat & I arrive to see him using a Penguin Parkville hat. Love it!

Penguin childcare staff have been exceptional. Our two boys both attended from 8 months until starting school and they loved it. The staff are knowledgeable and highly skilled. It is evident in all that they do that they love working with children. Our boys were able to experience a wide range of activities that helped them develop and become more independent learners. Our youngest has significant allergies + asthma and the centre went to great lengths to make sure he was safe and as a result he always felt included.

We were sad to say goodbye and would highly recommend the centre to anyone. Neeru and Tahira are excellent and in particular Evangeline the Kinder program educator has been amazing in helping our youngest get ready for school.

Penguin Parkville is an excellent child care centre with professional, nurturing educators. The environment is very homely and welcoming with their great strength (educators), who are top notch. My daughter has been with Penguin since she was 15 months old and i cannot rate them highly enough. From the moment our daughter had her first day, it felt like we were part of a big family.its a home away from home! Its got such a homely vibe with multicultural educators.

Team members communication is great and we love getting updates and photos on Xplor throughout the day. Educators are always flexible and a pleasure to talk to, are very attentive with our daughter and give great feedback after each day. It always felt like a second home for our daughter.

The Centre has a brilliant play area for kids to run around and the excellent food is prepared by professional chef. Kids extracurricular activities and teaching materials are upgraded quite often to provide the best.

Centre Manager Neeru is always there to help and look after this big family. She has a fantastic team. Thanks to all the teachers including Angela, Anjana, Fahima, Vengelene, Klaudia, Ibado, Murk, for making our kids life brighter.

Excellent centre that i can't rate highly enough and would higly recommend Penguin parkville to anyone requiring child care.

Exceııent services. My son started this childcare 4months back and really struggled in the beginning to overcome separation anxiety. But the help from staff and management was exceptional. Now we are happy and relaxed parents that our kid is in safe hands.would love to recommend this chilcare center to my friemds and family members.

Such a great centre! Neeru and the staff at Penguin Parkville are lovely, warm and friendly. Our son has been going there for just under 2 years and has enjoyed every day at the centre. Could not recommend highly enough!

My daughter started childcare at 15M and the penguin family have been amazing at welcoming her to their fold. Staff are fantastic, attentive and caring - and treat the children as they would their own. They even know my daughter’s habits without my needing to tell them. They have a variety of learning and play activities scheduled during the day, and lovely outdoor areas which are catered for different ages. They have music and sports programs and celebrate special events including birthdays. They have been like a second family for my daughter, and great support for us first-time parents.

The team is amazing and my daughter loves it there, I feel very reassured that she is well looked after when she is there. We strongly recommend penguin to other parents!

The word "daycare" doesn't adequately describe what the Penguin childcare, Parkville is to us and to our 17 month old son as it is so much more. We chose the Penguin as it was close to our house and I'm thankful everyday for this decision!

This is a place that not only is my son anxious to go everyday but that enables me as a working parent to know that I'm doing right by my child with all that he is learning and experiencing on a daily basis. There is no better feeling in the world then to drop off a happy child anxious to go and pick up one that is energized and excited about the day they have had. There is so much time invested in each child from the pictures and videos that are sent to me making my day at work, to the arts and crafts projects, daily log of activities, weekly menu on the wall, monthly newsletters and so much more.

I honestly don't know how the team does it all and I continue to be impressed by the attention to detail that is put into everything concerning my child at every stage. They are so wonderful with the children and the personal connection they have with the kids not only shows the pride they take in their work, but also conveys they love they have for them. Penguin childcare Parkville is truly something special and I feel very fortunate to have my son in such a positive and wonderful environment!

The educators at Penguin are so warm and caring, and management is always very responsive and accommodating. Our daughter loves it here and we love that she loves it!
