Penguin Childcare Parkville

We wanted to share our positive experience with Penguin Childcare Parkville, where our 1.5-year-old son has been receiving fantastic care since he was 11 months old. The center managers, Neeru and Klaudija, are great, as well as Raine all the staff there who's commitment to childcare is evident in the nurturing environment they create. The facilities at Penguin Childcare Parkville are excellent, providing a safe and engaging space for children. We also appreciate the center's effective communication via the app, keeping us informed about our son's activities and milestones.

We are grateful for the wonderful care our son receives at Penguin Childcare Parkville. It truly feels like a second home where he is cherished and encouraged to grow.

We are very happy with our choice to send our son to Penguin Childcare. We looked at a couple of options and got a good feeling during our first tour. He has been there almost a year now and he loves it so much that sometimes when we ask him what he wants to do on the days he's not there, he says "Daycare! " He talks about his favourite Educators all the time - who we also think are wonderful. The staff retention and consistency is excellent and everyone is always very friendly at every interaction. Recommend highly.

I’m so happy with Penguin Parkville. My son adjusted right away as the teachers are loving and give you such a warm loving feeling right away. They have great meals and we’re really flexible around our needs.

I was always worried about my son getting sick at day care but I didn’t have to worry about that at all as he hasn’t gotten sick from the centre since we joined. I love it!

My daughter has been attending this child care since aug 2021. Everyday she can not stop talking about her favourite teachers mozgun, rain, klaudija. They are welcoming, kind and very professional. Neeru is an excellent professional manager. She calls to check upon us if my daughter gets sick. Such a wonderful team. Defiantly we are going to continue until my daughter gets ready for her school. Plus point is they have app and you can see your child’s activity and pictures through out the day. Highly recommended

It’s been more than a year since my bub’s going to Penguin & I’m soo happy because he’s happy when he goes there. He loves going there, playing with his friend, learning new things; if I have any issues they get resolved quickly. It’s always a pleasure to chat with the educators & I feel safe leaving him there.

I would like to say, that this place is worst place to send your kids. One room has an educator called Ruhi Kapor (Ritu). She is sister of the director of the place. She is taking full advantage of her sister's position and is not providing professional care to the children. That is the reason I have shifted my child from this centre and would suggest other to do thethe same.

What I love about the Penguin childcare is the staff and manager. They are all very friendly and warm. I like how they interact with kids and handle them with love and affection. I do enjoy seeing my child's photos being uploaded in the app and the notifications about sleep, food and nappy change. Their outdoor area where kids can play and enjoy the fresh air is great. I think child minding is one of the most difficult and tiring jobs so I really appreciate all the hard work from Penguin CC team.

I want to apologise for writing this review so late as i really miss penguins, My Son Archie was in best hands especially the centre head Ms neeru randhawa was the best n the educators like Rain n murq were amazing. One of the best Childcare I have observed in my knowledge. Staff and educators were very supportive to kids and parents. Educators would love to provide daily or monthly feedbacks and inform to parents immediately in case there was any problem.
I used to live in Parkville n i moved here in Mt Atkinson, i wish i could take penguin staff with me here.unfortunately there's no childcare care around my area.

My son has been at Penguin in the baby room for the last 4 months and we could not be more happy with the service. Ultimately the centre just has great vibes. It feels welcoming, homely, and safe. There is lots of natural light and a nice outdoor area. There are no false pretenses and the focus is always on what's best for the kids. The staff are all absolutely incredible - friendly, relaxed, and it blows me away how in tune with the kids they are. Would recommend to anyone!

Warm, trustworthy and caring educators and staff. We couldn’t be happier sending our daughter to daycare at Penguin parkville. All of the educators have been patient with her and meet her needs ‘where she is at’. They do a huge range of activities and she loves her time (and food!) there. Highly recommend.

Our first daughter has been in Penguin CC for over 3 years now since she was 5 month. We have nothing but good words for this childcare. At the beginning, as a first time mum, I was cautious and nervous about everything when I was choosing a childcare. For my Hundreds of questions and dos/don’ts, the staff were always patient and following my routine. There were some incidents throughout the years a couple of time, with open communication and proactive actions, things got improved and fixed quickly. To be honest, it is a childcare with 1: 4 ratio, as a parent, I learnt to manage my expectations as well. Comparing with some community and other childcares which we tried in the past, the service and care from penguin cc is the top one.

Now we know everyone in the centre and we trust them 100%. Especially, Neeru is the manager who has always been responsive and willing to help, even just last minute request. She is trying to accommodate as much as she can.

Now with our second one, initially I wanted to enrol her in a local cc, but the quality of caring does worry me. After a few weeks, we decided to send our second daughter there as well, as we know Neeru and her team are someone who can look after all the kids and we can trust.

To the staff, if they get to see this, thanks for all the hard work and your effort. We do appreciate that. Although our first one will graduate soon, second one is there and I’m sure we keep seeing you for another few years.

Definitely deserve 7-star review. We have been to other Centre in the area but found penguin best. Very friendly staff and center manager. My son love to go to facility every day, even asking to go on weekends-what else parents wants-a happy child:) All staff are super friendly and you feel great positive vibe as you enter in the center. Centre manager Neeru and Tahira are great with any last minute request of follow up. Evangeline and Klaudija in the kinder room are amazing in proving best care. Our son has been thriving at Penguin Parkville since he started in March 2021. The educators are all warm and caring and they do so many wonderful activities every day. The daily updates through the app are the best. I’d highly recommend this daycare to other parents.

My son has attended Penguin Parkville since he was 18 months old and he is now 4. I could not be happier with the choice to send him here, all of the educators are warm and welcoming and my son has thrived since attending. I am happy knowing he is in the best hands while I'm at work:)

Penguin childcare is a perfect place to take your children. I have 6 of them and they all have special needs and the staff takes care of them so well

I am very happy with the care provided by Penguin Childcare Parkville, my daughter loves it, she is learning so many new things day by day, enjoys the activities and her caring teachers. Also the management team is lovely, very responsive and prompt in replying to your enquiries.
