Owner Jason was fast in getting serviceman Nathan to resolve our roller door issue. Very efficient and friendly same day service in an emergency and in Vic lockdown.

Nathan was fair and skilled - he improved our very old garage door situation as much as it mechanically could be, and gave great advice about next steps. He was polite, friendly and explained things to me so I could get on board with the problem/solution. We'll definitely go back to them when it's time for a new motor (ie very soon).

Had 2 x single roller garage doors replaced and motorised. PDS were easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. They gave us a variety of options to choose from and were able to perfectly colour match the doors to what we needed.
Once ordered the doors arrived extremely quickly and PDS installed the very next day.
Fantastic quality product and installation. And it they are SO quiet - it's fantastic.

My garage door had issues with its roller bearings. I had been quoted ridiculous amounts for a repair and most service guys didn't take the time or trouble to correctly identify the issue. This was not the case with PDS. The service was carried out on-time and was quite a simple fix in the end, once the actual issue was identified. All done within the hour at a very reasonable cost.
I would definitely recommend PDS Garage Doors & Gates.

HORRIBLE, AVOID! They don't return calls; had to follow them up 4 times. One of their service guys did eventually turn up and was not able to repair my electric gate motor on the spot and said he was going to look into it and do some research on it. I eventually called them up (because they don't return calls) to find out what was happening and they fowarded me to another repair company! HORRIBLE, AVOID!

Had a new motor installed for my garage door by PDS, service was great, install was fast and on time and prices were fair. Can recommend.

Organised a quote for a new free standing external roller door to be installed at our house in Mill Park.
My wife selected the colour she liked and once everything was confirmed and given the green light I was contacted by Jason to let me know that the new door would be up before I got home from work!

Really good experience overall. Slight communication problem on their end aside, everything went really smoothly and my new garage door motor was installed effectively. Can't fault the job so far. Decent prices too.

They did the job that was asked of them politely and efficiently. Their prices are very very reasonable compared to what is out there, and their staff (mostly), were very good to deal with.
Communication was a little bit of an issue on and off. It is not that difficult to let customers know ALL the information, (including potential things that happen with these old doors and automatic motors), before a motor on an old garage door is installed. It is also not that difficult to ring a customer to let them know someone will not be turning up today as planned, instead of waiting for the customer to ring the company.

Great service and pricing was reasonable. They were able to fit me in on the same day and actually came in under 2 hours. The technician was very friendly and happy to answer any of my questions (and there were quite a few). I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommended! Had Nathan out only a few days ago to try to fix a temperamental door on the same day i called, only to have to call for him again after the weekend. While i needed to wait a day, He attended promptly and with no fuss replaced the door motor. All working perfectly. The no BS approach is refreshing as well. Thank you.

Needed to get garage door motor replaced. Found PDS's number on the local Leader paper. Gave them a call on a Monday, Jason came in for a quote the next day and Nathan's done the work on Wednesday. Friendly and professional people.
