Great company to deal with the Scott our installer of a replacement motor for our old panel lift door was fantastic nothing was too much trouble everything went like clock work. Very happy with our new Merlin motor works a treat.

I was in two minds about getting my 50 yr counterweight tilt door (although 50yrs old its built like a tank) automated, I had been leaving with if for 12 years and by the end I was over the manual operation. In the end I was more than happy to get it automated, not many companies would even attempt doing the job as it is complex for someone who has no idea. I was recommended PDS by another company in Dandenong and they exceeded my expectations. An absolute professional outfit. 5 stars!

Nathan was fair and skilled - he improved our very old garage door situation as much as it mechanically could be, and gave great advice about next steps. He was polite, friendly and explained things to me so I could get on board with the problem/solution. We'll definitely go back to them when it's time for a new motor (ie very soon).

I recently used PDS to replace my garage door opener and the service from each person that I dealt with was great. I spoke with Rebecca on the phone to determine what type and model would be the best. A second call to Jason early in the morning, arranged an afternoon appointment for installation later that same day. The install was carried out by Nathan, who had called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was polite and friendly, very efficient and did the changeover in under an hour. The new opener is so quiet and smooth and the three devices that came with it (2 x remotes and 1 x wall pad) are very handy. Thanks for the wonderful service and I am most happy to recommend PDS to anyone looking to use their services.

Prompt and excellent service, can’t believe I had a service technician arrive to our place within 60 minutes of calling, Nathan knows what his stuff and did a top job without any hassle and his knowledge about the field is outstanding.

Had 2 x single roller garage doors replaced and motorised. PDS were easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. They gave us a variety of options to choose from and were able to perfectly colour match the doors to what we needed.
Once ordered the doors arrived extremely quickly and PDS installed the very next day.

PDS arranged to come out to my property within 2 days. Scott from PDS arrived early, introduced himself and didn’t treat me like a dill when I explained that I didn’t know the difference between a roller door and a shutter.

He told me what was wrong, tried to fix it himself, then gave me a referral to another company who are coming out tomorrow! Then he didn’t charge me! Great service and a pleasure to deal with.

I put out a hipages request, and by the afternoon PDS had come out and fixed my garage. Very efficient and friendly, and would definitely recommend. Thank you

My garage door had issues with its roller bearings. I had been quoted ridiculous amounts for a repair and most service guys didn't take the time or trouble to correctly identify the issue. This was not the case with PDS. The service was carried out on-time and was quite a simple fix in the end, once the actual issue was identified. All done within the hour at a very reasonable cost.

I recently had an issue with my garage door opener, PDS had someone there within 30 minutes of my phone call to sort out my problem. Highly recommend.

Called for a quote on Monday, guys rolls up on Wednesday (with courtesy call 15mins out) and nailed it. Prior guy said the motor needed to be replaced and couldn’t stop the squeaking, auto closed and creaking. Nathan quotes the job, did it and fixed it up, then reduced the quote by $50 as it didn’t take as long as he thought! Awesome job! 3 month warranted!
