Can't fault pcplanIT

Well, after locking myself out of all our business emails twice in 3mths the guys at PC Planit have sorted me out yet again! We have used them for our business from email and office 365 to new Laptops, upgrades and more over the last 10years? They are prompt in their support via email, home visits and calls and txts. As we are also a business, they have understood our need for speedy response and rectification of all our issues. We are soo very appreciative to our local IT expects and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thankyou to Richard, Alex & Ryan)

Disappointed when you try to do the right thing and give a local company business only for them to ghost you. Even after asking for quotes twice.

Great organisation, great staff. Purchased a new PC for my elderly father. They went and installed the computer for him.
Follow up support is fabulous! Every time he does something unusual, they generally have an answer or fix over the phone without charge.

After having an issue with my Mac system, I called on PC PlanIT to see if they could assist. The given timeframe was a few days but of course the issue turned out to be much more complicated- taking much longer. Their communication was sufficient, however in the end they were not able to provide a solution. This was not a surprise to me, as I already knew that the Mac environment is not their specialty.
Upon picking up my hardware, I purchased one of their retail products to transfer data off my system. Additionally, I was charged an unreasonable amount for the attempt to fix my system. Furthermore my hardware was returned with missing parts: screws that fix the HD & SSD to the bay slots.
Luckily the transaction dispute has been settled, and I would recommend these guys.

I've just used these guys for an iMac repair.

I found them very prompt, professional and extremely good value so have no hesitation in recommending them to any other Apple user.

Put your trust in these chaps and you won't be sorry. I have been using them for many years and never been disappointed.

Due to the multiple times I've been here I'm changing my 3 stars to a 2, i had a hard drive fail and replaced, but in both times I've engaged with this business they have been responsive and well mannered but their workmanship is lacking. Without asking parts outside the job list were moved and bent my base frame, ontop that the have on multiple occasions even with me stating they lost the case window bolts before they lost them again. Leaving my case to have missing parts then when i left with them. Not happy that it happened a second time and their new text based service is inconsistent

After the following review, I have received an email from pcplanIT, threatening me with legal steps if I didn't take this review down because they reckon it is a "fake review". I will not take this review down since this is my own opinion and as far as I am aware, there is a legal "freedom of speech" in Australia:
Brought my laptop there to get a new battery. Instead of opening to check which battery it is (takes a few minutes), I needed to leave it for a whole day just to be told that they couldn't get one. Why the need to leave it for a whole day when another place could open it to check the part number? The guy did not appear very friendly either: (. One star because at least they didn't charge me.

I spoke to Ryan from PcplanIT and he was fabulous!
Very helpful, clear and easy to communicate with. He fixed my issue within 5 minutes and all over the phone. I will definitely be using him in the future if I have any further issues!

Took my partners laptop in for a repair as the Harddrive died, very polite friendly professional team, well priced and didn’t take too long to replace. Will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend

Again this morning I called into pcplanIT to seek help. I had spent well over an hour on the phone to a service centre yesterday only to have the problem I knew confirmed and an expensive solution offered. I called into pcplanIT and Richard suggested it might be, tested and indeed it was. He then told me where to go to get the bits I needed. I had previously called into their offices when I couldn't get my camera to work. He casually reached over and pressed a button and it was back on.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable and practical. So far there hasn't even been a bill, but I will certainly make them my first port of call for any future problems. I highly recommend them.
