I met Anthony recently on the recommendation of a friend who had been advised by him for many years for her own home computer. He was quickly able to help me plan a new system for my work and was back within the week to supply and install the complete system. I feel confident that my new system will be managed by PC Repair Centre for years to come.

After messing about with nas drives for years, i decided to build a computer to act as my home server.i was looking for something very specific that would support multiple drives but most important fit into a small space. I'm no computer wiz or anything, but if I was to take my laptop into a PC Repair store and say it wasn't turning on/starting up properly.you'd think one of the first things they'd do is press the Power On button and check if the battery functional?

No. Not at PC Repair Kew.

$375 later and I cannot use my laptop without a power cord along with signed paper work saying "all tests ok".

Not only did they lie on the paperwork, they misdiagnosed my laptop from the very start.

This wouldn't have been such an issue had they seemed to care about their customer service, instead they palmed it off and never called me back and decided to act like a smarty bum in store.

Good service and turnaround, but I poor out-of-store communication. I'd use it again, but with the knowledge I'd need to call to get updates.

These guys have fixed my computer twice - once for data recovery three years ago, and second for internal cable replacement this past week. Very good service from the team!

Jayden and the team at PC Repair Centre were so helpful in bringing my laptop back to life when the Hard Drive failed. They explained my options including data recovery, hardware options and were open and transparent about the cost which were most reasonable. Job completed in a couple of days - highly recommended

I'm pretty competent when it comes to repairing my own computer, and have usually been able to solve any hardwarefirmwaresoftware issue on my own.
Occasionally I've been unable to and have sought out PC repair shops only to walk away from them when they name the ridiculous price it will "cost".

PC Repair Centre had great prices and have often given me suggestions on things to go home and try myself before bringing my computer in, in order to save some money.

Will use again.

I had a problem with the computer turning on randomly after shutdown for a few months. It then would not turn on, but was fine after a few hours. I took it to these guys who could not identify the problem but charged me for 2 hours of work ($110 total) for essentially turning it on a few times over 2 days and finding nothing wrong with it.they were constantly surprised by me mentioning the random turning on problem in telephone conversations even though it was written in the work order. And they never called me to tell me that the computer is ready for collection, I had to call them to find out that it was ready for a days or so. Avoid this place, they are expensive, inattentive to detail, and could not diagnose let alone repair the PC. Very bad experience, avoid

I'd like to acknowledge the time and commitment the staff at Pc Repair took to find and rectify my computers problem. And I'd be happy to go back should the need arise.
