My kid doing Year 12 breaks his laptop the week before assessments. There's no way I was buying him a new one so I took it to PC Repair. Fixed earlier than quoted time and for a reasonable price for the work done.

Came in with a faulty DELL laptop. The computer worked on the spot and I was not charged. Advised me on what I should do to remove static. Very helpful.

Overpriced and seemingly poor fix. Laptop "fixed" with some rare part from the USA.a staggering $220 later, the laptop ran for a few weeks and the exact same problem again. Greatly disappointed to be honest.

Once again, excellent and prompt service

Excellent patient friendly prompt expert value-for-money service from Jaydyn. What more could you ask?

I took this laptop in to get the fan replaced, and this is what I got back.

"we replaced some screws with oversized ones"
"plastic disintegrates over time"
"we don't normally take laptops this old"
"the broken tab must have happened in transit"
"we washed the fan"
"our supplier sent the wrong battery"
"we can't find the fan - it's too old"
"buy one off ebay and use it for parts"

All things a 12 year old would say to cover up their errors.

I checked with the manufacturer, and this laptop is "nearing the end of service life". Parts ARE available.

I won't be returning to this 'repair shop' - but I will pass the word.

Don't go here if you don't know about computers, you'll end up paying out the eyeballs.
Basic fix, 5 min job being quoted at $66 - $132. Avoid and do your research

Unfortunately my first experience with PC Repair Centre was not a pleasant one. I dropped off my PC as I was having issues with my PSU. They called me 15 minutes later to tell me that the PSU was faulty, they can't fix it, and that it would cost me their minimum charge of $66 just for the privilege of them confirming what I already knew. They did offer to install a new PSU, but wanted to charge ~$100 for labour to install it (a 10-minute job). They were also completely unsure of their own pricing and range of PSUs.
I have now wasted time and money and nothing has been fixed.

What a great service at an affordable rate too! Scott went above and beyond to make sure my PC got a speedy service and repair. My computer came back sparkling clean as a bonus. Would recommend these guys!

PC Repair Centre has been my "go to" for some years now. I've not required their services for a while but recently a problem developed with my desk top pc which was diagnosed as a problem within the sound card. A thorough testing confirmed this.

I found the communication (in particular from Scott) to be informative and clear.

The charge was very reasonable and now I have my machine back and it's working well again. Thank you for a good experience.

It takes 5 weeks to repair my PC, and it totally cost $1070. After I said I don’t want to repair it, and try to take back my staff, they ask me to wait one more week and charge me $110.

I Honestly recommend to avoid this place, because I had a really bad experience and just wasted my time and money ended to nothing fixed at all. I went to get my laptop fixed which was having issues with charging, after taking two to three days for diagnosing the problem they said that battery needs to be replaced, so I asked them to replace it and after replacing the battery the issue was still there, also another issue occured with the screen (started to flicker) which wasn't a problem at all before handing them for the job and its still the problem. After they started assuming that there might be an issue with battery circuit but still wasn't sure what's the problem is.so I just took back my laptop and fixed it from somewhere else and the issue found was totally different, was nothing related to battery and circuit.
So I don't recommend this place at all, if you don't want to waste your money and time.

These guys are amazing and very efficient. I had an issue with my laptop that had been around for months and Anthony was able to solve and fix everything in just under an hour! If you want THE ABSOLUTE BEST in customer service then this is the place to go!
