PC Medic

I contacted PC Medic to repair a cracked LCD screen on my laptop. Their communication was excellent. Everything was fully explained to me and quoted before the repair and during the process they kept me up to date with regular phone calls to explain where things were at and about sourcing the part. Their prices are very fair and customer service impeccable. Highly recommended!

I had been having problems with my computer for months and had various mobile people out to fix. PC Medic was recommended so gave them a call. My computer was old and out dated. Had a computer built to suit my needs. Was very impressed with service and pricing.

I have used Kirk and the team at PC Medic for more than 4 years and found their quality of service to be fantastic. My computers have always been repaired and serviced within the specified time frame and always without any need to return as nothing has ever been overlooked. My partner tried another repairer, it was not fixed so I then had to take it to PC Medic who were able to fix it with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending PC Medic for anyone having computer issues.

Needed a good computer for my small business. The guys at PC Medic custom built a computer that does everything I need it to and more. Turn around time was quick and cost very reasonable. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing good quality and service for anything PC related.

My laptop was and is still faulty! They were friendly enough people to deal with however they weren't able fix my laptop!
I returned it to them several times after the repair but my laptop still periodically freezes! They should have refunded me my money and admitted they couldn't fix it so I could've used the money on a new laptop instead!

About a month ago I dropped off a Macbook pro that had a soft drink spilt on it over a year ago and it had died. These guys got it up and running with absolutely no dramas! It runs perfectly now! Thank you guys so much for your excellent service and brilliant repair work!

Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't quote, tried upselling bullshit parts that weren't broken and then finally tried to charge "several hundred" for a battery. Scammers.
