PC Medic, with Kirk at the helm, really made repairing my computer such an efficient and stress-free task. With little knowledge on computers myself, and being told that my PC was pretty much a goner from a tech-savvy friend, in less than a week Kirk was able to diagnose the issue, order a replacement part, apply the repairs, and got the PC back to me ion no time, fucntioning better than before - all my essential files were saved too which I thought were long gone! He explained things to me in a way that I was able to understand easily and had answers for all my questions. Kirk is really friendly and nice staff. Highly recommend him. He tries to help you save money and pay the least cost. Also he is really patient for technical issues. Sometimes issues are out of control he will also provide solutions. Really good customer service experience.

When I needed an urgent job done, the phone service was prompt and efficient. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and the job was done same day. I had good value for money, and when I had a couple of enquiries after the job, they were dealt with efficiently and courteously on the phone. Very happy.

I recently had an issue with my external hard drive and although it seemed data may be retrievable it wasn't unfortunately, but Kirk gave me a refund on the initial cost as it was pretty confident it would be retrievable. He has also in the past installed a new internal hdd in my Macbook Pro and loaded the latest Operating System whilst keeping the Data, highly recommend his services.

Excellent service. I rocked up with no appointment with a computer that was fried thanks to a few days of sitting in a wet bag, courtesy of a leaking water bottle. As expected, the computer (Surface pro) was completely dead, but Kirk was able to retrieve all the data from it. Totally up front about costs at every stage, he kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and gave me the option to continue or not. Managed to retrieve all my data, for which I am very grateful.

Kirk did a great job with getting my laptop working again by solving a startup problem. So worried that my computer had died and taken all my data with it. Thorough and logical problem solving process ensured a range of hardware and software causes were checked before the final fix was done. Now back in action and much relieved.
