Bought a new CPU to upgrade my PC, but I didn't know it was not compatible with my old motherboard. Thanks to these guys, they explained to me and recommended a good motherboard, even helped me to mount the CPU on the board. Great service, will definitely come back for my next PC build.

I was recommended to this place when I first called another shop in Ivanhoe. My PSU sparked and it's difficult for me to take it to a store myself. Fox (the guy who fixed my PC) came over at night and took it, fixed it and brought it back by the second night. We then checked that everything is ok before he leaves. Reasonable price and excellent customer service, highly recommend PC DIY)

The staff don't know as much as I'd expect them to, they have a limited selection of hardware - only one vendor.

Fixed my laptop issue at a busy time a few days before Christmas 2018 and replaced the fan when almost noone else could source the part locally. Recommended.

Great products, shocking customer service. Went in with a suspected PC power supply failure. Committed to buying the $200+ power supply but when I asked them to check just in case.they said they were going to charge me $10 just to have a look. When i reluctantly agreed, they took it to the back for literally 20 seconds and confirmed it was then still charged me the extra service fee on top of the power supply. And they were so rude about it too.

Was immediately impressed by the gaming enthusiast PC towers on display. So great being able to touch and see the gear I'm interested in. Service was on point, very quick to offer me assistance even though I could see they were very busy.

Excellent customer service, great prices and produced a great system! Thank you PC DIY, I'll certainly be using your services going forward.

PC DIY is Awesome. I have purchased components and built computers there over many years now. Disregard any negativity on here, they do a great job considering they are supplying parts at such a cheap price and have always been helpful. Note that the focus here is on keeping costs low, not holding your hand and providing the service of a 5 star restaurant.

Do research beforehand and understand what you are after and then buy it here for a significant price reduction of any major retailer!
