TBH PC DIY does the best computer services, espically staff Piao, his kind and explain everything very clearly. Worth to go fix and repair my computer. Now i have no issue playing my league: D

Bent the pins of my cpu while trying to install a liquid cooler and thought I might have just wrecked my new system completely. Brought my pc in store, got a quick diagnoses and reasonable quote for the fix. Got the cpu fixed and installed within two days no worries. Great and super helpful customer service.

Any time I need spare parts to replace something for my PC build, this is the store I opt for. Part of the reason is that it is incredibly competitively priced.

However, the staff here are polite and professional. They know their stuff, even if they don't have the exact piece you need, they can suggest great alternatives with similar performance IF not better!

I bought one keyboard here, then changed my mind. The staff is very nice and offers me a exchange with trying other options. Will come next time.

TLDR: SCAM WARNING! DO NOT SHOP THERE!
They are trying very hard to rip you off and even asking for cash payment! HORRIBLE!

Today, I walked in and wanted to order an Asus 3080. The shopkeepers showed me two MSI 3090 and two MSI 3070 instead, and then told me that 3090 is $2999. Please note as of today (4th of Nov), MSI 3090 is $2839 on Scorptec, Centre Com, and EVEN ON THIER OWE WEBSITE!

That was not it. Then he tried to convince me that I have to install card vertically. Instead of introducing me to a holder kit or a cable, he went to the back and showed me a random card stand, No packaging, No tag, Nothing. He told me that although it is made specifically for MSI 2080, it somehow is guarantee fit on the new Asus 3080.

I was shocked how he treated the walk in customers. God knows what he would do to the customers who unfamiliar with PC components.
After seeing me confused, he did not stop there! He was getting more and more ridiculous. He told me to pay in cash, because that stand is not in thier system.

I walked out right after that, and do not think I will ever return again. I will spread this post as much as I can. If you have little knowledge to pc components, NEVER shop there, they will rip you off.
