Great products but their website on a mobile device is a shocker. I hope the CEO of Patagonia tries to use their website on his phone and he will know what I am saying.

Super helpful, great stock, the workers actually know what they are talking about and seem like interesting people. Stock was very good, and quite cheap compared to the retail current season prices.

I knew the brand was quality, not only in product but also in ethos, but I was mightily impressed to find the staff and operation as a whole equally impressive! The staff were incredibly busy but having left my enquiry and number had a return phone call within an hour with an answer that went beyond expectations. I can't recall a more positive retail experience. Huge thanks

Had a purple jacket in just my size that I was a little disappointed with at first because I didn't realise that it was a hiking jacket and would only keep me warm when I was moving, not for the sedentary activities that I originally bought it for. However it is a great jacket even for when you're just walking around the city, and it overheats you less the down does it you've overdressed. Now glad I bought it though it would have been nice to have been told.

Open late. All personal arrived late. Waited in front of the door. Worth to check out. If you are lucky you might find a good deal. Not really a lot to offer when I was there.

I keep hoping that I get lucky and find the items I am after, maybe one day

Love this place. I usually check them out before I go abroad to anywhere chilly. Sometimes the sizes are a bit large but that's outlets for you.

Great staff who are always there to offer sound advice if needed. Good range of men’s items but you’ve got to be there at right time as size selection (which is to be expected of an outlet store) is limited at times. Women’s range is quite diverse with a slightly larger size selection. A great brand!

Not too bad but i expected many more deals. The price differences arent that much of a saving. Friendly staff though.

I may have gone at an akward time for stock, and if I go again and it changes then i will edit this review.
When I went there was no fleece. That is not only something that is a great essential for hiking/camping gear that this store sells, they also advertise it heavily. Was greatly dissapointed, however staff were very helpuful and pointed me in the direction to stores that may stock their fleece.

Beware - Some staff are rude and will say anything to get the highest price sale, even if it’s not suitable for the needs of the person seeking their advice.

Great place to go if you are after some discounted Patagonia gear. However as is often the case with factory outlets, expect to find he most popular colours, styles and sizes out of stock. Also they seem to have a much larger selection of women’s range compared to men’s.

Steve and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful and ensure you get the correct gear for your desired purpose. Great savings too

An excellent experience in every sense.

QUALITY: I was initially surprised by how light the gear was. With most of my cheaper mountaineering and outdoor gear being durable but heavy, it was easy to mistake patagonia for being flimsy. In practice, I own 2 black hole duffels that I've taken to 6 different countries in the past year. Both duffels looks brand new. I also own a fitzroy down parka that is extremely light, but has stood up well to the abuse I've thrown at it. In addition, it has kept me surprisingly warm in a -40 degree winter with no issues at all. So, in practice, Patagonia gear is proving to be quite durable and of high utility.

WARRANTY: In the event anything breaks for any reason, Patagonia offers to repair the gear for free or very cheap. If it can't be repaired, they offer to replace it with store credit. I don't know of many companies that go this far to back their products, especially here in Australia.

SERVICE: The staff were incredibly polite, going as far as to email me a receipt that I had lost more than a week later.

PRICE: Patagonia is usually far more expensive than Kathmandu, Mountain Designs and the like. However, given that this is an outlet store, there are usually large discounts that make the gear here the same price or even cheaper than competitors while offering clearly superior quality and a lifetime warranty.

In summary, this store is a must visit over any others if you are looking for anything outdoors, or even basic clothing. The range of products is diverse, from luggage, swimwear, outerwear, innerwear and even jeans.

I purchased a spray jacket here in 2013 and recently the lining in the collar started to fall apart. I took the jacket back to the store to get it repaired but it wasn't possible. The manager ordered a new jacket which was delivered from Sydney and I picked it up within one week. All covered under the warranty. Fantastic customer service, thank you Ellie and other staff.

I was looking for a particular item from another season and Patagonia helped me track it down to their Smith Street store - they were so helpful! Great products (ethical, comfortable, great fabrics) and staff. As an organisation Patagonia are incredible - their committment and intiatives environmentally lift my heart and restore belief. Each time I've needed assistance (with an item or transfer from another store) they've been so helpful! Thank you!
