The size selection is somewhat understandable. Everything for men is XL or XXL. With a few scraps of medium and large in there, but that's what you can expect from an outlet. The biggest opportunity for improvement is the store wayfinding. There is nothing to suggest where men's, women's and children's clothes are. The clothing itself is not very obvious for gender. You browse through and then realise it's women's clothes and try and find men's and then the men's seems to be scattered in with the women's. Doesn't make for an easy growing experience.

I recently visited the Patagonia Fitzroy Outlet, and I must say that the prices were quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited selection of items available in sizes S to L. While the outlet had a decent range of products, it seemed that the smaller and larger sizes were more abundant compared to the sizes I was looking for. Despite this slight setback, I still managed to find a few items that caught my eye. The quality of Patagonia products is always top-notch, and the discounted prices at the outlet made it a worthwhile visit. If you're lucky enough to find your size, you can score some great deals on their high-quality outdoor gear. Just keep in mind that the selection might be more limited for sizes S to L.

The staff at this store are incredibly kind and helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to assist customers, and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I've found some fantastic deals here, like my Torrentshell jacket, which I got for only $50, marked down from its original price of $190. Considering the lifetime guarantee and repair service, it's definitely a steal. It's particularly worthwhile to visit during outlet sales, even though the selection might be limited in terms of sizes and styles. I admire the brand's ethical values and will continue to be a supporter.

Travelled from over 45 mins to get here and they had no stock of quandary convertible pants or houdini rain jacket. Was a waste of time. Went next door macpac had what I needed got and got the sale.

Only positive was the Chinese guy serving me was super helpful.

I was there during the week and bit disappointed with a staff. He was not friendly, when I was asking a question, he was like snapping at me rather than helping me. I do not know his name but he has blue eyes and blond hair. Maybe he was having a bad day?

On the other hand the other staff were very nice and friendly.

Staff are so nice and helpful. Seriously good deals here - got my Torrentshell for $70 from orig price of $180. I'd say that's a steal due to the lifetime guarantee/repairs. It is worth going especially when they have the outlet sale on. However of course you can't expect to have the full range of sizes and styles here. Love the ethics of this brand and will continue to support.

Some real bargains to be had here at the outlet store. You can tell that the staff enjoy working for a company with great ethical/sustainable values.

The Fitzroy store is always excellent, with an extensive range, seriously discounted items + friendly and knowledgeable staff.
In addition, I recently purchased some items online only to find that I needed a smaller size when they arrived. The exchange process was incredibly quick and easy, with a pre-paid label supplied. I also received a personal email from Libby in the warehouse team letting me know my new items had been packaged and sent, with some helpful info on finding another item that had sold out online.
10/10 for customer service and quality products.

I love Patagonia Fitzroy Outlet and the brand. This is a very cool adventure fashion brand. The retail price is usually very pricey but this Outlet store you can find some good value products on sale. Very easy to get to and great product selection. Staff are very friendly too.highly recommended.

I have purchased a lot of things online recently. Very easy and friendly to deal with. All staff have been very helpful and I never had such a great experience with any other equivalent company. Returns and exchanges are easy and they dont give a cut off date just as long all tags are intacted new unworn condition. This company really genuinely want to create a great experience. Patagonia seem to also be environmentally conscious making you feel good wearing them. All products I have purchased are high quality and especially love the down with it hooded jackets which was my original purchased and got me hooked. Thank you

Honestly had some of the best deals I’ve ever seen on Patagonia garb, snagged a grey torrentshell raincoat as well as a white tee. Cheerful staff!

We went into all of the outdoor stores along Smith St and these guys were awesome. Super passionate and clearly love where they work. Two guys spent a lot of time trying to find the right options for me. However as it's an outlet store they were missing anything from their super warm range. Great gear though!

Sometimes it’s great with lots of stock at great prices, other times it’s a barren desert with no stock apart from the brightly coloured and oversized puffer jacket.
