Parkville Motel

Motel is a great location. Access to trams, trains and shops. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. Value for your money.

1950/60's building with 1990's reno. Clean, tidy, comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Close to tram stop (route19 stop19 easy to remember only 400m away) great shopping centre at barkly square approx 1km away. Quite neighbourhood with plenty of parks.

Convenient, a bit old-fashioned, but clean, and inexpensive.
Rooms are a generous size.
My favourite venue jear the City.

Room had a weird fragrance that lingered my whole stay, as well as paint peeling off in the bathroom with mold underneath. Not great for $90.

I have stayed here twice, and will come back, staff are friendly and helpful. If you would like 5 star you will need to paid if it.

0lder style motel. Close to CBD. Showing her age but. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, air conditioning up to date. Great to be able to park your rental car outside your door.

My husband, Lou and I were very warmly greeted by Harry upon checking in. He is very welcoming, cheerful, courteous and helpful. The room was a good size with an extra large bed. The kitchen had a toaster, kettle and utensils, etc. Besides coffee and tea, biscuits were thoughtfully included. The motel was well located with easy access to public transport and eateries. We enjoyed our stay at Parkville Motel. It is good value for money and we highly recommend it.

The motel had everything we needed i.e. Location, cheap price, excellent parking, no traffic noise, warmth on a cold night, cleanliness. Will go there again.

Great value for money cheap rates. Stayed for 12 days for less than a $1000. Great place to stay at. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed and are respectful. Rooms cleaned on daily basis. Five minute walk to train station trams and buses. 10 minute walk to shops. Will be a return customer on my next trip to Melbourne.

Friendly, helpful staff. Basic accommodation, and the room will not amaze or delight. Great location with many food options nearby.

Good value, its a bit dated and tired but always clean with easy parking. They always do a good deal when I'm working in Melbourne

Very dirty, hasnt been cleaned since the last person stayed. Had the family room. And only gave us 2 plates, 3mugs, 4wine glasses, has tv ruffly 20inch in size. Took a couple minutes to get in room as door lock is a bit dud. Found a sock onder the bed lucky it was a sock when i put my hand under there to find out what it was. And they call it a family room $140 pn.

Nice price and great location, go to Victoria market by tram just 20mins. The room is clean and tidy. Free parking here, it's good for travellers who want to stop in Melbourne between your trip.

Exactly what we wanted. Price and location were ideal and staff were super friendly. It is near the zoo and public transport, and parking is included in the price.

Decent, cheaper motel. Comfortable bed. The bathroom could use more of a clean and a hand towel would've been nice.
