Parkdale Medical Surgery

Horrible experience at the parkdale medical surgery during my visit, didn't expected that I will get refused by the doctors of not seeing me, when I was suffering with a lot acidity in my stomach. I requested them to please hold me as longer until they book me for an appointment, as I was happy to wait to be seen by doctor and for that I travelled all this long when the other medical clinics were closed. Name of the pathetic doctors are Lay-gooey & doctor David izon who have no humanity and no care for the community, they think that it's just a job to work and get loads of salary and they have a right to refuse whom they want. Lemme tell you one thing, you are here to help and look after the patients regardless of whoever they are and what time they arrive, however, if they are happy to wait and their condition is unbearable, you should see them by all means. You should be shamed of your attitude or get yourself into another business. Worst clinic with third-class doctors who does not know of what does this profession means.

The doctors know what their doing which is great. But the doctor i had did'nt know what they were talking about. I don't hate this medical surgery but there are definitely better ones to go to.

Been going to this doctors surgery my whole life, now at 22 I see Dr Lau-Gooey and Dr Slattery. Both amazing doctors, and empathic to each person’s needs.

I give a 4/5 only as I’ve had a negative experience or two with Dr Izon, who needs to improve on being empathetic, especially when you bring up personal trauma that is relevant to your doctors appointment.

I attended the clinic following the birth of my son. The clinic was local and had good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr David Izon was extremely disappointing. He was rude, condescending, dismissive and unprofessional on a number of occasions. When I raised my concerns regarding my son's reoccurring health issues, I was made to feel as though I was a paranoid first time mother that was overreacting. I was hoping to find a professional and supportive long-term GP however, this was not the case. The administrative staff on the other hand were always very helpful.

I have been attending this practice for many, many years and I have always found the Doctors and staff extremely professional, amiable and informing. No problems at all.

We have had our two Astra Zeneca vaccinations at Parkdale Medical Centre. Each was administered quickly and efficiently with no pain at all and so far no after effects. The staff at the Medical Centre were all very helpful and kind in making us feel comfortable with the process. Thank you doctors and nurses at Parkdale for your good service.

Despite the practice being very busy, the reception staff were kind, courteous and helpful. The medical staff, especially Dr. Caroline Waldron are very professional and caring, going beyond my expectations.

Very efficient, observed all Covid precautions, hand sanitizer, social distancing. Nurse introduced herself, then introduced the doctor, a nice pleasantry often forgotten. Went through the pleasantries, had my painless injection in under 3 minutes then out to the waiting room for 15 minutes done and dusted in under 20 mins. Parkdale was great.
HotDoc made todays appointment on 22 Mar confirming via email but it never got to my HotDoc account.
Reception staff didn’t skip a beat, a few clicks on the keyboard and she’d solved the glitch.

Excellent clinic; they've been taking good care of me and my family for many years now. The reception staff are kind and caring, the Drs are exceptional.

It was excellent. I did not have to wait long & the injection was given very smoothly and professionally. The friendly interaction in the waiting room was so much fun that I almost didn't want to leave.

All Doctors are very caring and are always prepared to listen, advise and facilitate any necessary action in a timely manner. Seamless COVID 19 vaccination. I booked my first injection with ease, the doctor was on time and has a great bedside manner. Their online booking service is comprehensive and easy to navigate and I made an appointment for the second dose before I left. Highly recommended.

I've being going to this surgery for well over a decade. The receptionists are so friendly and professional. Nothing fazes them at all. The doctors are understanding, friendly and listen to your concerns empathically and with care. They put their patients first and foremost. And I have never had any problems. They are just a phone call away which is so reassuring.
