This surgery has been our family doctors for over 40 years. Alll the staff are wonderful. Cannot fault

Parkdale Medical is always efficient, friendly and professional. I've been attending this practise for 26 yrs and it never disappoints. Thankyou to the staff and Doctors there.

Impressed by changes to the online booking system - much simpler and much more efficient. As always, consultation met all expectations. Importantly, and unlike many other places, there is a continuing commitment to maintaining a COVID-safe environment that is much appreciated!

Saw a new doctor today and she was excellent in helping my 7year old. Also, Jan on reception is a credit to the practice and very compassionate.

$80 for a blood test rip off some of the nurses are nice but the one I had didn’t understand me and what I needed

My regular Dr is retiring, and I needed to find a new Dr to suit my needs as an elderly, but busy lady. I rang Parkdale Medical Centre and was treated happily and helpfully on the phone. I have had my first visit today, made a very easy
transition to my new Dr, who listened and helped me with my needs. Thank you.

I've never attended this clinic but there is a Medicare claim by a Dr. David Izon for a Level C COVID phone appointment. I have reported to the clinic but they appear to not have taken any action.
Update: clinic has acknowledged erroneous charge and committed to reversing, and advising me when complete.

Dr Lau Gooey very kindly stopped as he was leaving the building, just to give me a antibiotic prescription. Saved me a lot of dental pain. Thank you Doctor!

As a current patient, calling on a Tuesday to be told first available appointment is Friday is not acceptable.
I mentioned to the curt receptionist that my face was swelling up with a bacterial infection. Bad luck sir try another medical centre.
I have previously seen. Dr Izon good doctor.
Reception and attitude leaves a bit to be desired.
I do understand it’s Covid times and we are busy which I understand. I Didn’t even complain about being on hold for twenty minutes. I then called thrift park Medical and told similar however when I mentioned my issue I was told yes sir come late we will see you.

Booked for 6week check (stated I needed a long appointment). Find out I’ve only been booked for 15 mins when I ask the dr about my baby/vax etc. Told nope can’t as only a short appointment, a bit annoying when that was the main purpose of my visit, then go to pay and they insist I pay the ‘long appointment’ fee. So basically refused to provide a long appointment but still made me pay for one.

I took my primary school aged kids for their COVID 19 vaccinations here. The staff were so efficient and clever in how they distracted my kids while injecting them, that my youngest forgot to cry until afterwards! Best vaccination experience ever!

Took my five year old son for his COVID-19 vaccination. The staff were amazing and gentle, distracting him with lollipops whilst giving the injection. He barely knew it had happened! Highly recommend this practice. Friendly, kind staff and no waiting times.

I have been going to this doctors surgery for yrs, I find they are very friendly, professional and helpful. I have never left without feeling satisfied with their answers. My son sees Dr Izon and he thinks he is A1
