Food was really nice. Service and food was quite slow especially good quiet they were. Asked for no onion in the dishes but it still came out with onion. Ordered coffee 5 min after ordering our meal and it came as we were about to leave.

Literally the portions of the nasi is questionable.
I ordered the beef and 4 pieces were served. The same with the chicken.
Communication very poor.
Will not be coming back.

We just tried pappaRich Northland. Visually foods was very nice but they are very cold and drinks full of iced you can’t even feel any taste of it jellies inside the drink was very watery. I would say compared to other PappaRich places we have tried this one was pretty average in every aspect.

Poor and rude service. Two teh tarik drinks took 30mins to arrive with one having spilleage on saucer plate. We also had to clean the table ourselves as all tables had dirty plates on them. Seems they have a staffing problem as well.not able to handle dine-ins and takeaway (uber, menulog.etc) not going there again!

For dine-in or just chill out, here is the place to go. Casual dine-in with mates or just "Me Time", such a relax ambience, friendly service, and many dishes to choose from.

Kopi & Roti Kaya remain as my favorite

Food is ok, but honestly there are other PappaRich stores in Melbourne that have better servers and more carefully prepare their food. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious and it seems like I'm not the only one who thinks that.

Great variety of food and drink.
Clean and calm dining area. Fast service.
Their pros is their staff, they are not friendly.
Will definitely go for the ice cream again.

Got a Nasi Goreng, It was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Not flavourful at all made with zero enthusiasm. Should serve better food for what costs 15$.

Worst customer service. Other branches are good.

The boy named hans did not even bother to talk. He neglected thrice.

Our food was beautiful! My son could have sat there eating roti all day. The chicken dim sims are so light. My husband loved his curry chicken and the satay sticks had a nice smokey flavour. We found the service to be spot on. Thank you

Just got some takeaway Nasi Goreng. Absolutely glorious, but of gristle in the chicken but at least that way you know it's real, so I'm not complaining. Great serving size, great flavour: D

Today my partner and I ate at this restaurant. We wrote on the piece of paper, the items that we wanted and the quantity. Somehow they managed to miss one of the main dishes so everything minus that main dish came out roughly 10 minutes. Then we asked the waitress if the second main was coming and she said we only ordered one which clearly wasn't the case because we specifically wrote "2". Anyway, we told her to put the order through and this time waited another 15 minutes. When she brought out the second dish, she just said sorry and then told us to pay at the counter later (for a mistake that she made). So basically, we paid for food that was half cold at the restaurant. Poor service.

I have been to quite a few PappaRich restaurants and this one; is one of those that do not meet my expectations. I had the Wat Tan Hor and the sauce is so watery and runny and tastes terrible.

Service was absolutely excellent. Went to the toilet and before my dump even reached the water, someone had scooped and cleaned it up. Dnin't even notice. However, I am only giving three stars becayse there are occassional helicopter noise that gets very loud Apparently the helicopter passenger has SEVEN hotels in India! Invite me sometime please

Worst possible customer service. They don’t pick up the phone or when pick up after calling 5 times they don’t understand clear English nor they speak.

We ordered from papparich last night
The dessert some sago pudding it was the best.
Their mango juice was nice
But but the food average
We ordered chicken skewers they were kind of on the sweet side.
Some chicken curry tooooo spicy for us
Noodles were nice without their sauce. Which was also toooo spicy.
Might go again but just for dessert.
I don't think their food matches our taste buds. I kind of blame myself. Should have asked for non spicy options.

Went for a friend’s birthday, they kindly organised the tables and chairs for us to fit around 17 people, allowed me to keep a cake in their fridge for before the guests arrived and overall very friendly staff. We ordered a meal each with a few side dishes and service was very fast, received drinks in less than a few minutes, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with the deep fried chicken skin. It seems like they reuse the oil too many times.

Walked in, a lady said inside is full asked us to wait outside and she will call us in later. Been sitting outside cold with children for 20min. Nobody came. We watched ppl walking in and get seats. I went in and asked the manager whether we will have a seat we’ve been waiting and nobody takes care of us. Then he gave us a seat straight away. Understand the Covid situation but at least train your staff properly

Sold out of 2 items we wante, items that were available were very oily, and roti was a doughy clump, not thin and flakey
