Great service & recommendations provided by Ella! Had roti canai w beef rendang, Pappa chicken rice w steamed chicken, soy milk + bandung w grass jelly & an ice blended red bean drink. All delicious!

Staff Angeline was so approachable and friendly. I have enjoyed my meals after a long days at work

Recently had my best dinner at this restaurant and the food was amazing. The staff name was kim and she was really polite. Excellent services, they maintain cleanliness and take care of your need.

Came here for the anniversary special. Got the veggie laksa and veggie mutton curry as I am a veggietarian. Both are delicious & highly recommend. Cons: laksa soup base is spicy and diners with nut/egg allergies should be aware that veggie curry comes with half sliced egg and peanuts. Will recommend 9/10

We had a lovely meal at Papparich. Laksa was delicious! Ella looked after us well. She is very friendly, served us with a smile and made sure we were happy and had a good dining experience.

Food is tasteless.hardly any ingredients.just rice or noodles but not much of the other ingredients. Poor, unfriendly service.

Been meaning to try this place for a really long time… I’m still waiting for my food to come out- but I just can’t stop hearing the high pitched exhaust fan above the grill… I moved tables cause at fist I was placed right near it … it a bit better, but still loud, maybe if it was more busy with people talking you might not hear it.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I normally visit a different paparich to this store and love it every single time, I’ve been attending paparich for a long time and getting the same order every single time. My friend and I ordered the same dish which had a 1 chilli rating, I get the same thing every single time I go to paparich. It came out unbearably chilli. We ask if this can be remade, the waitress disagrees twice until we say we cannot eat it and end up getting up to leave, she then agrees to remake it. As these were getting remade, 2 other customers on the other table complain their dish is too spicy also, their child was crying because she couldn’t eat her meal. The waitress once again takes no action and they are forced to deal with it.

This isn’t even the worst part. The prawns were not fully cooked, I ate one and realised this and I have been up all night with food poisoning. It’s been absolutely awful.

Please fix your staff and your food. It’s really awful when you are made to feel like you’re in the wrong when other customers are saying the same as you are.

I will not be visiting again.

I have always been a fan of Papparich and have been a long time customer. However of late I have noticed them increasing their prices by ridiculous amounts at least $4 on average which don’t justify the portion of the serving.

I ordered a meal today as my main which was supposed to be seafood and it only came with two prawns which I found outrageous given it’s supposed to be a seafood main.

It’s sad to see customers deciding not to eat here as much because of the serving size declining and prices going up by insane amounts.

I hope Papparich takes this feedback on board and does something with it because I fear they will lose a lot of customers going forward.

Ordered your Nasi Lemak and the rice was GLUEY and virtually 5 ikan bilis and ONE TABLESPOON of sambal. Sambal sotong looked like 6 tiny pieces of rubbery slimy beige slugs in chilli water. Fried chicken was hardly fried and tasteless like basic gweilo roast chicken. Extra prawn sambal was 5 MINISCULE pre blanched frozen prawns (yes, it was that obvious) for $9.50 and extra eggplant with sambal was 4 tiny pieces of eggplants for $8.50. And you somehow managed to find the tiniest chicken wings to roast in all of Australia The sambal kangkung had absolutely zero sambal or belacan only discernible flavour from 4 slices of cut red chillies.tell me, is this business allergic to sambal? ! The char kway teow was edible but just with token 3 tasteless prawns. And each dish was over $20 but servings didn't even reach 3/4 of the container. The char kway teow was barely half a serve! The only decent thing was the chicken skin but somehow you could season that but not the fried Maryland for your overcooked nasi lemak. Worst $130 of my hard earned money that I have ever spent on a meal in my entire LIFE. You should be ashamed, especially of your Northland branch. Highway robbery for hardly even substandard food.

If you live Northside and want good nasi lemak, nasi dagang and nasi kerabu, get it from Rasa Corner via UberEats - decent portions, affordable, halal Malay owned eatery that serves REAL tasty Malay food!

Bad customer service ever, I ordered and paid for my food after 40 mins waiting for foods, I asked staff about my order but look like my order never existed at all.

We came here many times, the food quality is keeping changing. We always ordered same food, but the tastes sometimes good sometimes bad.and the staff needs more training, the service is not good & friendly.

Cold food! They pre cook and serve it out.

The table next to us complained about food being cold too.

This place has fallen a long way down. No effort in their food, it was so bland- doesn’t taste anything like other PappaRiches.

Food is great to be honest (4 stars) Customer service (1/2 star) definitely needs improvement. Came here with my wife for a simple meal. Was seated and given menus, told when your ready to order go to front counter to order. We followed the instructions and the lady behind the counter said you have to write down what you want on the order sheet. No sheets no pens. Pretty sure there is no communication between the people who work here.
