The girls and the service is always good here. They are very patient as there is so much to look at and they never make you feel like it's a bother. Big thanks to Emma, today I had to swap a bracelet my partner bought for me who she happened to have served as well. He also said Emma was great and had been awesome. I think it's good when you do a great job and it's acknowledged that it was worth getting out of bed to go to work and you are very appreciated for your efforts. So thank you!

Had to wait a bit due to COVID and it was after Xmas, but they were helpful and did an online exchange no problem.

Went there with the Mrs to buy a couple of items and the service was second to none very impressed, rhianna I believe was the name of the staff that served us so thank you to her for the help, but even while I was just waiting I could hear the rest of the staff with their customers and they all gave their customers and outstanding service.

Thanks for the bracelets they was handing out to new customers.

Good pleasant and helpful team members trying their best to serve during Covid Normal.
Shop was clean and well presented, a little short on stock but to be expected due to Covid rushes on reasonable priced items.
Would recommend shopping there all the same.

Great experience. Had a really helpful staff member Chloe help me pick an item for my sister. Store was well presented and I was served quite promptly. Will be back again!

Stopped by tonight to get some Christmas presents. The store was quite busy due to Black Friday sales but the queue moved fairly quickly. The girls were all working really hard, but not pressuring customers to rush and decide quickly.
Chloe was absolutely lovely, great customer service skills. She was so patient and kept apologising for the wait to get into the store. It was worth the wait to get such amazing service. Thanks for an awesome experience

Chloe at Pandora Fountain Gate is AMAZING! The clasp on my hanging charm wasn't closing properly. I brought it into store. Chloe offered either to repair, replace or reimburse. Chose to have it replaced. She arranged the replacement charm from another store and called me back as promised to keep me updated. That's what I call amazing! Thank you Chloe

Me and my mum came into the fountain gate store which we visit often. We had earlier that day gone into the Cranbourne store and placed something on hold at the Fountain Gate store. There was a little bit of a wait to get in which we understand due to Christmas, we were quick and knew exactly what we wanted as we knew you were busy and didn't want to hold others up. Last minute we decided to purchase a pair of earring as a christmas gift while also picking up a pendant for a retirement gift for mums work. We were served by Alana. We told her multiple times that the pendant we were picking up was a retirement gift and the earrings were a christmas gift, when it came to pay my mum asked for both items to be payed for separately and for a receipt of the pendent as she wanted to use to receipt for her work to pay for it. We wanted both items on different receipts because the earring were for a christmas present for the boss who which we had to give the receipt too for the retirement gift. We were then given a receipt with both items on it. We explained this to Alana and she went and spoke to one person for a moment and came back and told us there was nothing she could do.
It was more they way she went about the situation, we felt as though she put in minimal effort to try and fix the solution, in which now the lady who we intended to gift the earrings too will now know how much we spent.
Mum and I didn't leave very happy with the service and after being told twice nothing could be done, when we felt like something could have been to resolve the issue.

Raihana helped me today here at the store, couldn't fault her at all she was very helpful super nice and very funny, i found she made my shopping experience fun and would definitely shop here again as i found it to be a pleasant experience for myself!

Went in to have my rings cleaned and one potentially replaced as a stone fell out. And one of the girls (shayla I think it was) was just so helpful and kind. So thank you so much x

I've been here a lot to pick up a gift for the wife. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. But its a shame when you get your braclet clean that the wife did they take the box she has kept it in and state she never had one. They drop the braclet into a pouch which it was very poor of them to do and you could not keep it in a place where you can guarantee it will be protected. You dont spend over a $1500 on items and for them to treat it like a piece of junk. Very disappointed. Why i have now changed the rating down from 5 stars to 3. Might have to look at buying her jewelry from other jewelers.

Was not happy took forever to even speak to a staff member. Cranbourne store has much more friendly staff members.

Popped in for a cleaning and repair, I just assumed with the long wait times and not purchasing anything in retail, I'd be treated as a burden, but Nicole was super lovely and accommodating, obviously displaying wonderful customer service

Just bought a three stack ring for a christmas gift really nice and the new christmas charms and the new bracelets are charming perfect gifts for christmas and all year round

The girls who work here are very helpful although i would not advice going around christmas. The lines are busy.
