Mahi took the time needed for my eyes to focus properly in the examination and as a result I received an outstanding pair of glasses that help me to see perfectly. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you. This is where I'm going from now on. Thanks!

I ordered glasses from this shop. When I picked them up they didn't feel comfortable and could not see through them. I reluctantly took them home after one of their staff members (name undisclosed) REALLY insisted to take them. I have been trying to resolve this, but they seem to be angry in trying to help.

So happy with the optometrist and reception staff were so great with my children. One needing glasses so they were fantastic helping him choose.

So happy I have found a local, friendly and efficient optometrist! I am blind as a bat and have what I call a "glasses curse" that just turns all my optometrist experiences into hell - but not here! Staff were wonderful and very patient with me (even after I set up camp in store trying on every single pair of frames available), selection of frames and brands was probably too good, prices were actually really good! We had one minor hiccup when my glasses arrived (and I had to laugh, the curse strikes again!) But that was corrected in under 2 days, which I am incredibly impressed with! Staff were lovely and apologetic. I am sending my partner in next!

Firstly they said I need reading glasses and takes 1-2 weeks to get them.
Well.they call me they were ready on the day after I ordered them. This means they weren't made according to my needs. Nevertheless, because I paid them in advance, I am not using them because I get headaches and tears.
