Pakenham Optical

I took a pair of glasses in which I had purchased online and didn't fit me. The wonderful lady who greeted me fitted them to my face free of charge and I'm now able to wear them! I will definitely be going to Pakenham Optical for my next pair of glasses!

Clean and tidy place. Professional Service even though I was a bit late to my appointment and they still took me in than saying make another appointment. I am so happy that I went here as they were the only ones to find what actually was happening with my eyes and I have been suffering for almost two years going to different optometrists and GPS and they couldn't find the cause of the issue. Will be a returning patient. I saw Mary from here and she has good knowledge about my symptoms and she made me feel relieved by explaining to me in clear terms and recommended great solutions. Keep up the good service.

Outstanding services. Friendly receptionists. Dr Mary-Louise Hooton was friendly and professional. She checked my eyes carefully and explained everything clearly. She also gave some advice that are really helpful to me.

Excellent service. I was able to get an eye test done the very next day. Much better personal experience compared to the chain optometrists like SpecSavers and OPSM.

Selling low quality and wrong sized glasses, then you have to go there to adjust for almost every week. Unfriendly service, not happy at all.

Recently I have made 3 pairs of glasses here and the quality of them are amazing! Above of their professional and kind treatment, I always thought that Specsavers has the cheapest price to make glasses, but Pakenham Optical is not charging more and their services are much better for sure! Polite, smart, talented and professional people make this business outstanding in the optometry industry, and I'm glad we have them around.

Even though i wasnt a regular customer, during crisis times, when all other optometrists were closed, the service here was amazing.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone there is so sweet and kind and they gave us a free cleansing and tightening for my daughtetd glasses and gave us free cleansing sprays for free with refiles! I recommend them so much. I felt so welcome, the ladies there are sweet and jolly. Please go there if you need an eye check or glasses!

These guys were all so friendly from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Had a great laugh with them and in the end didn't need glasses. Was sold a dodgy pair a few years back from Big W optometrist. These guys were really honest and all I needed were eye drops all along. Thank you for not selling me glasses when I didn't need them and for providing a resolution to my tired, dry eyes.
