Fantastic service from the team here. The feeling I got was the staff's priority is for providing helpful advice and not pushing sales.

It is a fantastic and pleasant shop to walk around in as it is clean and tidy and everything is laid out well. Things are easy to find and even then there are plenty of friendly staff around willing to help you out anyway. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

They don’t show prices on their paints. They like to keep it a secret until you get to the register

Being a newbie painter, staff were very helpful to assist to what i needed. Prices are better here and they have everything and all latest painting needs.high quality standard.

Parking just off the street is a bit limited as you have to reverse out into traffic to get out, not sure if there is more parking behind the building but if there is it wasn't obvious

Bought a couple of cans of paint and only one of them was labelled and it turns out it was the wrong label. Had to call them when I got home to confirm. Simple mistake that shouldn't have been made. The person who served me seemed to have his mind on something else other than the job at hand.

What a nice surprise to walk into a trade paint shop and be served by Tim. He addressed questions to me which I thought was good as often when your a female and walk into a hardware store with your husband the customer service rep automatically directs questions to the male. Great work Tim! We bought decking stain which interestingly both my husband and I will be applying to the deck.
