Paint Spot Moorabbin

My wife attends this store for work purposes occasionally and has always said to me that the staff (mostly men) are rude & dismissive of her because she is a women. I have always thought this was probably in her head and not given it much thought but after today when she attended again and left in tears I’m done with this misogynistic play ground. There is no ability to contact a paint spot executive via the website & speaking with the enabling store management will not serve to solve any issue so a public review is the only option. We won’t be shopping here again

It's been a long time since I've been here, now I remember why I did come here.
They know their paint and are super helpfull, the big bloke who served me knew his paint and answered my questions without hesitation.
It was a good experience as I was in and out in a flash.
Bunnings is good, but the Paint Spot is miles ahead.

Knowledgeable friendly staff who are always keen to help, huge selection of paints including industrial paints and accessories needed for for painting

A fantastic experience, thanks to Jhonny and the team. I took a small, delicate scale model in, to have paint matched. A lengthy experiment mixing colours resulted in a brilliant match. The process was clearly explained to me and the time and effort for a small job, was greatly appreciated. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.

Good place to buy paint, staff are very friendly and helpful, and they treat you with respect even if you ask alot of questions, price is fair also, i would recommend this place if you need paint or related items

Most people go to Bunnings for everything. But there is stores that specialise in one thing and sometimes I find you get better service and support on what you want. And the Paint Spot is one of those store's. They only do one thing and they know everything about it. My visit there was about information on where to take old paint cans for recycling and to see if they had a particular Dulux colour in a spray can. They helped me at both and it's closer to me than Bunnings and they don't use facial recognition software to spy on their customers. Stores like the Paint Spot offer a service that is more precise because that's all they do. And it's always a great way of supporting a local business

Great service from their very helpful team. Specialist knowledge and experience can't be beaten (Thanks Alex!) I wouldn't recommend getting paint and supplies from anywhere else. Their colour consultant (Sandra?) was also very helpful, guiding our choice of which shade to pick - and we love the end result!
