After supplying you with my full name, address, email and telephone number, I would expect a considered reply, not just “$20,000” from a phone, with no explanation, details, terms or possibility of a visit to determine an accurate estimate. As agreed, I will obtain a quote for a similar fence for a comparison.

Matt did one of my side fences - good job; minimum of fuss; both my neighbour and I were happy with the result. Had to call him back twice, in June and yesterday to adjust timber gate as the wood expanded. On both occasions came quickly and fixed the problem.
