We have used Matt to install three different fences in two different jobs, and have always been totally happy with the result.

Filling in the detail on Matt's website, with measurements and pictures was fairly easy and it meant that he had all the detail needed to quote the work. We had initially asked for a fence repair job, but thanks to the weather, it turned into a replacement project.

We were kept appraised of where we were in his installation queue and he showed up exactly as promised. We took the option of steel posts (which we would always recommend) and Matt took care to use quality materials and used his experience to build something that we were very pleased with.

Finally, we found that Matt was happy to return and address any issues: we had a minor concern related to an escape-artist dog that we felt might be able to overcome a small gap under a gate that Matt built, so he came back promptly and without complaint, and addressed the problem.

We would without hesitation recommended Matt, and if we needed another fence installed, use him again.

Have attached a sample of the photos of the replacement of our rear fence. Matt subsequently replaced the side fence visible in the 4th photo.

I used Matt in the last couple of weeks to replace a falling down fence. He did an excellent job, it looks so much better and makes a huge difference to the back yard. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt.

Matt is a true professional, reliable and friendly. He built a section of fence for us 7 years ago. This is the second part. He built high quality fence to last and attention to details, with reasonable price on both occasions. Matt lefts the place clean and tidy as well. I had a deadline to complete a number of jobs, by a certain date for the pool fence regulations a couple of months ago. So Matt though being incredibly busy, was able to fit in my little odd jobs that involved a segment of fencing being built and patching up a hole in the fence. We got Matt to assist us with preparing a standard timber paling fence. He was attentive and diligent and provided top notch customer service. Matt turned up on time, was great to deal with and certainly knows his fences. If you want a quality fence that is built to last, look no further than Paine Group Fencing

The communication is painful and found very unprofessional. "Matt Paine" the person who responsed to the emails went back and forth. Matt expeting the customer can explain what are the damages and need to be fixed which is unprofessional. Furthermore, I tried called the number, no message bank is setup, neither I got a call back. Even worse, when I ask Matt to do a on-site quote, but Matt was demanding $50 CASH on delivery. This business has totally lost trust from customer. Never deal with this business again.

RE: It has indicated that the business is not able to manage couumucations and priorities properly. Though after COVID-19 lockdown, there are many business has spike, but in my experience the responder spent time on the phone (indicated by "Sent by Iphone") typed more than 5 email responses within an hour but unable to communicate and schedule a call back, it is an indication of poor communication management.

Great service and professionalism. Left the place clean and tidy. I'll highly recommend Matt for your fencing needs.
