Had the unfortunate experience being referred to this unscrupulous company.
Was told I need to have an over the phone consultation, then was told I would need to come in for the doctor to check my issues.
Unscrupulous practice 1st they charge you for a phone consultation
2nd visit an examination what they should have done first. Another charge for the 2nd visit.
Waited 1 month for the surgery price and I information package still yet to receive this.
Rang up to enquire as to where the price is for the surgery
Response we will send it out
Best part of $600 spent fo what noting to show for it.
Receptionist should be sacked as well clearly incapable of doing her job

I would suggest going else where as they don't want to treat people just take the fees and not help
Its a real shame.

Nick Christellis is amazing! After 4 years of unbearable pain from CRPS in right arm and hand, Nick implanted a SCS device and this gradually gave me my life back. Now happy to say 5 years after implant, I had the stimulator removed and can go on living pain free. I am forever grateful to have found Nick, he is kind, caring and empathic. Thankyou once again, forever grateful.

My name is Stefan hoezda in 2018 i had motorcycle accident. 5 fractures in my back. After seeing pain specialist Australia. Since then.getting medical branch blocks. Im alot better. Still work to be done.but my specialist stiofan oconghaile is working his way down my back and after each procedure the pain got less and less. I have just had my second treatment as day surgery in a private hospital. It was a pain block and for the first time in eight years I am pain free. I have been able to reduce my medication by half. I have had several back surgeries and the last was a fusion - L1, L2 & L3 with supporting screws. From these surgeries I was left with considerable "Nerve Pain'. I have visited Dr Nick Christelis several times and he performed a couple of nerve blocks in hospital. He was a very caring doctor that really wanted to help my pain. I had a very difficult and complex case, he didn't fix my pain however he is a fantastic specialist in the field of pain. Would definitely recommend him. I have since had brain surgery and my pain has gone.

This pain management group only works to their plan which involves spending significant $$ to see their own specialists/physio etc. They don't care if it's not right for you, they are not customer centric, nor focused on the right outcomes. There are much better pain specialists in Melbourne!

My appointment was very thorough and my pain was explained to me in a way I could understand. The Doctor used visual aids to help explain my nerve pain. I felt I was in good hands.

Rude, judgemental and assumptions made on sight. Didn't look into my brought medical evidence and just immediately sort to change my working pain management just because they didn't work that way.
