Very easy and very quick. Paid for on Monday and package travelled Melbourne to Newcastle by that Friday.

Quick and easy, packed my own stuff send it through, got delivered the next day, absolutely no dramas. Super friendly staff, Stephen was very kind and helped out. Will surely use the service again.

I was very Ill advised regarding duty costs & DHL international fees of electronic goods sent to another country. Was advised that there may be a “minor” duty fee and even marked the value of the good as low, however ended up paying way more than the cost to send the device. Pack & Send should be aware of the %fees charged on the other end and advise accordingly.

This bloke runs a real tight ship. I needed a big, awkward parcel delivered overnight on short notice. He was cheaper than anyone else, help with packing, delayed the pickup just for me, and it GOT THERE ON TIME.

I had urgent mail to courier overseas on a number of occasions most of which were during lockdown for Covid 19. Pack and Send were able to deliver a first class service for which I was truly grateful. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a professional service.

I moved to South Korea a couple of months ago, and used Pack and send Moorabbin to send stuff to South Korea using sea freight. I received my stuff last week, Everything waspacked perfectly. It was work of an art!

They packed my piano keyboard and bike specially with small charge and the remaining stuff was packed nicely as well.

I initially booked my package through the self service function, but upon entering the wrong item details, I got a call from Danielle at Pack & Send Moorabbin who informed me my package probably would not have made it through customs so she helped me fix this up so I did not pay and send something that would never make it!
