Needed my package to be sent the next day and Ragan was soo helpful and made sure my package got to Adelaide the next day. He clarified everything before sending it out. Glad to have driven 1 hour to Pack and send Moorabbin to send my item.will definitely be coming back.

Great service. Took only 4 days to have my guitar with just a soft case picked up, packed safely, and sent from Melbourne to QLD from the time I rang and booked the service.

Excellent customer service at Moorabbbin office from the manager. Explaining everything I needed to know, gave me the best deal. Very helpful with advice I needed to send parcels from overseas back to Australia.

I had an emergency and had to pick up 10 chairs from an auction house at 1: 40pm that day. Everyone else I rang, regarding pick up and delivery, could not pickup for weeks. Pack and Send Moorabbin (auction house was in the area) said they could do the job that day. I was so happy. I found their service efficient and professional and all chairs arrived in a timely manner, with no issues. I highly recommend the service.

Stephen and the team at Moorabbin Pack and Send were exceptional to deal with. I bought a vintage lamp from a local auction house that needed to be delivered regionally. The lamp was picked up, wrapped up (better than I ever could/would) and promptly delivered safe and sound to the country. My only problem, is now that I know that I can get vintage items delivered so easily and safely, I will be tempted by more things at the auction house for Moorabbin Pack and Send to pick up, pack and deliver! But seriously - thank you!

They delivered some very important docs for me in 4 days! I dropped stuff on Friday and they were in the hands of my person in Mumbai on Monday. The service was excellent. I can’t remember the name of the person but he was friendly, spoke genuinely and was truly caring. Value for money too for the speed at which they delivered. I mean express shipping at that price was amazing. Highly recommend.

Certainly the worst service I could get for send products to my customer, boxes damaged and products damaged and the worst is that they did the packing. Nothing been done for compensated neither us or our customer. Even after several contact and email send.

First time pack & send customer here i needed a fibreglass hood/bonnet picked up in Melbourne and delivered to Brisbane (it had no box or packaging) so after a few calls to various transport company I ended up with the cheapest quote from here. Next day I called to get it happening, 10 mins on the phone and all done, one hour later and I was advised by the seller that pack and send have collected (amazing service)
The next day it had been packed and collected by star track, tracking number provided etc, was told it would take approx 5/7 days.
Exactly 7 days later I get notification of arrival, it turns up, it was packed to perfection, heavy duty carton, item inside bubble wrapped, plenty of stickers on box, , fragile, top load only, etc, my item was perfect when I opened the carton. This completely surpassed my expectations, I would have no hesitation in using them again.thank you pack and send moorabbin.

Great service, friendly and proactive. My items were sent from Melbourne to Adelaide and arrived in perfect condition. Pickup and delivery were very quick. The only improvement would have been if I had been notified that the delivery was arriving - didn’t know it was coming so wasn’t home, all good in the end but notification would have been better
