I couldn't speak more highly of Sam and the service he provides. I rarely come across people that conduct their business with such care and attention. If I could give 100 star rating I would. I felt I was treated like family as he goes above and beyond to help. A wonderful person and impeccable service, I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. I recently sent a laptop to my niece in Sri Lanka through Pack & Send Burwood Village. It was a breeze to go through the whole process. From the first phone call to get a quote to the actual handing of the laptop, was an efficient hassle free experience. Sam at the shop was diligent and explained to me the entire process. The laptop was delivered in a matter of 5 days. Sam followed up with an email to find out whether the parcel was delivered intact. I appreciate this thoughtfulness. I have found the agent I will use for my future courier needs.

Great service from Sam. Very responsive to my enquires with all the detail I needed. Very quick pick-up and then I was told personally advised once delivery had been completed. I had to sent a carton of wine to regional Tasmania and it got there safely with no issues. Thanks to Sam and the team.

I highly recommend this branch and especially Sam who goes above and beyond the expectations when come to service. I have to send urgent documents to overseas, Sam informed all the parties and made sure they reached on time!

The nice people here helped me send an iPad overseas. They are very responsive in providing updates and the delivery was very fast, the whole process including passing customs took less than a week. There was also support at the other end guiding the package through customs.

I had 2 special glasses to be delivered to Toowoomba Queensland from Melbourne to be there for 20th February. I went into Pack & Send Burwood (where I had been before in Hawthorn wasn't there anymore).
Sam was most helpful. With mail etc in the state it is in with long delivery times I thought I would be lucky to have the parcel in time so thought Pack & Send, moreover, the packaging was a problem for me. Sam explained there could be a delay but should make it on time. The parcel was delivered the next day and in good condition. I was totally amazed. 5 Star Service.
