I needed 2 PCs and 2 monitors sent from Melbourne to Darwin. Sam was very helpful with explaining how the items would be shipped, what the quotes were, and what timeframe the items would arrive. He also provided consistent status updates from start to finish. When I received and unpacked the boxes, I noticed that the items were wrapped and packed very well, and once I had my hardware all set up and connected everything was in good condition and working perfectly. I recently bought a Danish pendant lamp at auction and needed it picked up in Melbourne and sent to Sydney. I was anticipating a tricky process when I called Pack & Send to organise pickup from the auction warehouse, But on the contrary, Sam was that perfect combination of knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Sam from pack & Send Burwood VIC was a legend, He went above and beyond in assisting to track my package down from its pick up location when he found the pick up point had been relocated. His communication was exemplary and I was further more impressed that he personally checked the interior contents of the package for damage before it was sent, and packed it with more packaging for more safety. Delivery was prompt and the company was easy to maintain contact with.

I highly recommend Sam at Pack and Send Burwood, particularly if you have fragile or larger items to send. He went over and above what I expected for a courier company. I sent a very large toy for my nephew’s birthday and Sam took care of it like a precious gem. I was informed every step of the way (including photos of how it looked after he securely wrapped it) up till its arrival interstate. He is really friendly and very helpful and I will most definitely go to him for fall courier needs in future.
