Please read this before sending packages overseas. We chose to send a package to our son and daughter-in-law in Mexico City through Ballarat Pack and Send instead of directly with DHL. Due to a problem encountered at Customs in Mexico the package was rejected. With no help from DHL on how to resolve this issue we asked for it to be returned to Australia. On return, not only did Pack and Send pay for the return but repackaged it and sent it back at no cost to us. Very big thank you to Jason and the team at Pack and Send for getting our special gifts to our son, daughter-in-law and her family in Mexico City in this difficult Covid time. Very big thumbs down to DHL.

Professional advice on the shipment process and requirements for importation into the USA. Extremely helpful in looking at best way to send to meet deadline for delivery. Also helped with packing of shipment. Service was excellent, able to track delivery and receipt of parcel which was delivered ahead of time. Recommend to anyone looking to ship parcels around the world.

Jason gave us good advice and packaged up our antique sewing machine for its journey to Canberra which arrived in good condition.

Pack&Send Ballarat's ability to send a parcel across the Country to Perth WA overnight so that I receive it before midday was absolutely amazing.
