These guys are just the best. Jason was super helpful and friendly. I needed to get something from Portland to Caboolture. It was fast, affordable and very easy.

If a company sinks or swims by following through on what they say they are going to do, when they are going to do it, with no materials to safely transport fragile items, then this company needs life jackets. I was treated with disregard and disrespect. They are unreliable. They say one thing and fail to honour those arrangements.

The initial items were picked up a day late, and the additional items were not picked up when promised but days later. Finally after all the misinformation and failure to keep to promised arrangements, the items are hopefully on their way to Port Macquarie.

Needless to say I do not recommend them. The whole exercise was stressful, caused inconvenience and disruption. Never again!

They are fantastic, customer service tops, also the delivery was spot on the person receiving the package, received it basically the next day. I will use this service instead of post as you know that it the item will get there.

The items were picked up and packed, then dispatched quickly and efficiently. The items were a large number of vacuum tubes and they were well packed but not over packed. Everything arrived intact and so much faster than I expected.

Fantastic customer service & delivery!
Had a saddle sent to SA. The closest local office picked it up from the seller and even put some extra tape on the box to ensure it was safe in transit. I recieved it in A1 condition to my workplace in 5 days. The tracking, communication and service was brilliant and stress free. The pricing was reasonable and we were able to add insurance too.
Will definitely be using this service again!
