Pacinos Italian Family Restaurant

Attended this restaurant with some friends for dinner. When ordering I had to request some parts be left out of my burger to allow for my dietary requirements. The waiter was rude, made me feel embarrassed that I asked for these changes and kept re-iterating that I was going to have to pay extra - that instead of taking OUT the items I requested I would simply have to pay more for the replacements.

I was disappointed that although they could not cater for my dietary requirements off their standard menu, I had still tried to enjoy my night out, only to be humiliated

The food was not good. I had the pumpkin gnocchi. The food was lukewarm. The presentation was not good. The just cut a big piece of feta cheese. And it was not even that good. The food was just edible

Had the pasta, linguini marinara and linguini carbonara. Both were delicious! Service is friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend

We ordered kids pasta, 2 parmi and ckicken ceaser salad. We couldn't finished it and we requested a container for bringing home the leftover. The food was yummy and the size plate generous

One of, if not the best pizza I have had in a long time. Mediterranean Pizza was delicious. Staff were super friendly and the food was easy to order online. Definitely be back!

We went as a group of just over 20 which was always going to be difficult but to the credit of the staff and in particular our waitress, Erica who did a fantastic job, we had a lovely night out

Visited Pacinos restaurant with my family for the first time as family member recommended it. I was so delighted we visited this restaurant as the food was awesome staff provided excellent service we had the ribs and Spanish risotto and pizza we were so satisfied with the quality and price we have booked with my extended family for a large group booking even if you don’t live in the area you must visit this place can’t recommend this place highly enough

Nice atmosphere and quick service. Unfortunately the staff need a little more training re dietary requirements. They advised a vegan at my table that the gnocchi can be made vegan.they just won’t add cheese, then when I checked whether it had egg and was advised that it had. It’s really not that hard to learn what vegan means to ensure those with allergies, intolerances and those that choose their dietary requirements don’t get sick

I really enjoyed it overall, the place is well set out, friendly staff and the Parma was really nice even though the chips got a bit soggy. I’ll definitely come back again as they have a good variety of delicious quality Italian food to choose from.

Lovely place and good service. Just make your pizza base thicker. It's too thin. The pizza maker said that's how they make them in Italy. We are not in Italy! Other than that good place.

Take away food presentation was awful, and also the portion size was quite small for a pricey $29-dollar meal. Very disappointing.

Pacino’s Restaurant is one of my favourite go to’s! They have never disappointed. The meals are always top quality and deliciously well cooked. The lunch specials provide fantastic quality for money. Staff are always helpful, happy and smiling. I highly recommended a meal at Pacino’s, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Very family friendly at all times. The pizza is fantastic. Thanks guys, keep up the good work

Great service, friendly staff, great pizza! We normally enjoy a table outside but sat inside for this visit - was well air conditioned and the acoustic tiles on the roof enabled easily heard conversation.
Have only ever had the pizza and chips, which have always been spot on!

Nice meal and atmosphere. Friendly staff. We had parmas and the size of the meal was really great value for money.

Normally love this place. The food is great.but my girlfriend went to pick up takeaway tonight and after paying was greated with some sleez asking her for 5 dollars to take it to the car for her.

My favourite Italian restaurant in Melbourne. The pizzas the bolognese, the garlic bread- INCREDIBLE! Always great service as well.

We got Pacinos on Uber Eats on Friday night and were very pleasantly surprised. We drive by this place all the time but have never tried it - and I'm glad we did! Good value and quality Italian food. The pizza was lovely and packed with toppings and the pasta we ordered was well-made, not gluggy or drowning in sauce. I think we've found our 'go to' takeaway! Check it out!

Big and noisy. Not a true restaurant as such, more a family affair. But food is decent for the price and large serves
