I don't want to go into too much detail but this was not a good experience.especially for the following 24 hours

Only giving 2 stars because hospitality was great. The food I have had better parmas at local pub and pizza I'm surprised so many people gave this place great reviews also price online and instore is totally different but I tried it once won't come again if use are after good parma head to Mrs parma little Bourke Street

Excellent customer service! I ordered a pizza on the phone, chef was not in but the lady updated me when he comes in and enjoyed my tandoori pizza.

Set up, service and staff are fantastic. However the food was very bland and tasteless and the evening sunset reflecting off glass caused strong glare in the eyes of Mum n Dad who are elderly. Disappointing to have to pay over $150 and NOT ENJOY the food though.

Had been wanting to try this one for a long time. Went there for a late lunch. Not too crowded because of the odd hours and the food came quick. Staff was great and food was alright. Might have to come again to try a few different things

Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend this place. I have gone multiple times and have never been disappointed.

When I first tried here I thought the prices might have been higher than I'd like but I got way more food than I expected and it tastes incredible.

The owner has always been welcoming, and adjust food as needed for dietary requirements.

If you are looking for the most authentic Italian food, restaurant and food, then eat here.

Very good foods there. Bit expensive but really value for money. If you like go to authentic Italian restaurant go there. Pizza is amazing.

I was doing uber eats and staff said me a few minutes for order but they made me wait half an hour. Such a unprofessional staff.

Great place to eat - reasonable pricing and big portions. We got the bruschetta, seafood pasta and a pizza - all super delicious and we were so full by the end of it. They also provided takeaway containers so we could enjoy it the next day. Staff super friendly as well!

Food was great, didn’t appreciate the long winded views about political parties he votes for, stupidity of people getting vaccines and their effectiveness though

We weren’t happy with a dish and he was so understanding about the situation, he had offered to take it off our bill, just because of that, I give 4 stars to my review. Thank you Matt.
We did enjoy the cream sauce with the prawns a lot. Great taste!

The staff are friendly and the food was ok, definitely not Italian though. Italian family resturant is not a good description. The food was not authentic Italian at all.
The montepulciano wine was nice.

Absolutely Fantastic Food. You will not leave disappointed! The food is tasty and cooked to perfection. Totally recommend the Mixed Grill, it was a highlight of the evening. Smokey BBQ flavours that I will be thinking about for a while to come until we next visit.

I wouldn't be picky if the food was cheap. Ordered the lamb salad and the linguini marinara. Serving sizes are large, you can share between two. We requested the lamb to be done medium rare but it was between medium and well done, the pasta was slightly overcooked and way too oily. Mussels were hit and miss. The thing that made me want to leave one star was the customer service. I actually get better customer service from domino's. I was made to feel like I was a bother when they couldn't find my order. After being walked away from one person the second person finally found my order without a word. I was left standing there feeling like an idiot. I won't be going back.

A very nice Italian style Eat-in and takeaway restaurant. Very nice food with a large selection of meals. The restaurant has its own pizza ovens which does a great takeaway trade as well as sit down. The prices are very reasonableonday nights are famous for Their Parma night, where a selection of different Parma's can be bought for $10, but be warned booking a table is essential! A very good feed! The place is popular with family's and the Kids will love. A pleasant and Jovial atmosphere. Recommended for a place too take the family out for a not expensive value feed.catman

Third time eating from this restaurant, first 2 times perfect but the third time not good. Raw steak and chilli sauce and not pepper. Paid 32 dollars and could only eat the mashed potatoes. Not good enough.

Beautiful place, staff really friendly and attentive. Music is so fitting, really good atmosphere! Food yummy! Vito, I'm guessing the owner, very friendly and remembered my name when I came back.

Always friendly and kind staff. Had my son's three yr old celebration with family right before lockdown. They made him the babycino he asked for even though it's not on the menu. His smile was precious. Thanks team!

Pretty good pizzas (we all have our own pizza preferences) but the Parma we got delivered was enormous, delicious, and came with some of the best steak cut chips we've ever had and a generous salad. Parma serves 2. And deliciously.

Ideally Located, with plenty of parking available, Pacino's offers a broad variety of Great Italian Restaurant Food and Pizzas.
The setting is Modern, the Ambience very Family Friendly, with Staff that are very helpful and attemptive.
Definitely a place that cannot be missed.
