I sadly never win but overall it's a great place for bowling and fun! Definitely would recommend!

Place stuck in the 80s and in desperate need of renervation. Staff are incredible, though, and that ranga mechanic is too hot

This place is in dire need of a renovation. The pins and monitor froze a few times and we had to stop and report it. Staff were great though.

Decent enough place to take the kids, but it was a bit frustrating. We were using two lanes. Each lane had multiple issues, with the ball getting stuck after it was bowled and not returning, and scoring issues. After the second or third time we had gotten someone to fix it we gave up asking for help and just played through it.
Not sure if it was just our two lanes or if this is a regular thing that happens there.

Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Good wholesome fun for the family. They recently renovated so the place has had a little bit of an uplift.

The entrance to this place looked like a tip, there was rubbish everywhere the toilets looked like the should be condemned, and when I asked the kid behind the jump about the bumbers not going up for my kids he said I will have to put them up manually my self each time, really disappointing

The machine that we used were not working and they should come and fix it every five min.: (

Extremely expensive food, and we had to change lanes 3 times due to lane malfunctioning equipment. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager, sorry I took the grandkids here. Won't be going back!

Fantastic atmosphere. Good food. Needs more alcohol selections.
We went for a work party and had a really good time

Lanes don’t work properly, multiple times the balls would not come back through and stalled each game i played. I was planning on staying for around an hour over two games and it ended up being more than 2. The food is overpriced and cold, and after the end no refund was offered for the interrupted games. Just poor.

Lanes not working. Food ridiculously overpriced and cold. Multiple times we had to change lanes. Balls got stuck down the end more than once and we spent more time waiting for the staff to fix the issues than actually bowling. Wouldn’t even refund after all the issues. Disappointed, very disappointed.

Worst bowling place. Over priced bad food, shoe have holes and are pretty much falling apart, most of the bowls are heavily damaged and some are that bad they have chunks out of them. Step up you're game

There is 28 lanes and I went into Lane 18. Lane 18 had balls got stuck with the bumpers and one ball got stuck with the pin deck area.

Ample amount of arcade games, badly needs an upgrade to digital tickets because I witnessed someone winning 200 tickets when they had to get the staff to refill the ticket machine with brand new tickets. So embarrassing.

The bowling lane gets the hype for nothing and overall does the job but would badly need maintenance.

I was there today with my other seven friends. They gave us lame 6 and 7. No 6 lane broken few times and ruin all the fun. Customer service guys are no fun either. They need to repair or maintain their machines well so it won’t stop the fun in half. I hope there would be another bowling place soon. We can excuse this rubbish place.

Worst place to go if you want any customer service at all. Terribly understaffed. Not the employees fault at all. 20 min wait to even talk to someone about starting bowling (with booking).
10 mins plus wait to make a drink or food order.
Staff overall polite and helpful, place just terribly undermanned.

After waiting for what seemed to be the only staff member working, they had 4 lanes available but turned us away due to a booking that hadn't even showed. They offered the possibility of getting lanes if we sat around and waited for at least 45 minutes but it didn't seem guaranteed. Usually love going here but experience today was awful.

Amenities look tired but lanes are in top condition. Its been around as long as I can remember. Here for daugthters birthday, they had fun. No bumpers for kids as they had rain flood the place so they weren't operational. Party food was good and convenient.

Quick visit to check in after their flood. New carpet coming. Roof fixed. Can't wait to get back to this place for some family fun. Would love to see the facade freshened up.and the big pin re painted!

Had a booking, when we turned up it was closed and they didn't even bother telling us. We obviously weren't the only ones as while we sitting in the carpark trying to find something else to do a number of people stopped and were doing the same thing.
