I have been here on many occasions, on my last visit they had disco lights on in the lanes and made me feel as if I was a kid being high on life again, awesome experience's every time.

Family fun day done right. Great fun for all the family on a cold day. Very helpful staff, plenty of lanes, large range of balls to choose from.

Good entertainment which doesn't cost arm and a leg. Plenty of machines to cater all ages. Nice lounge area hot take away food and more. Recommended to families, friends get together.

Friendly team. Great for kids and adults to have fun especially during school holidays. Reasonable pricing and great offers too.

Overall experience was good

The play area was clean and maintained.

The only bit that needs attention is customer service. Treat customers with respect and some enthusiasm

A little pricey compared to other local competition, however the establishment is neat and tidy which helps to offset the extra cost in my opinion.

I have visisted many times on Saturdays and Sundays and must say that the facilities and food are great. However, it sometimes seems that there are not enough staff to keep on top of everything during busy times.

Lovely Oz Ten Pin center. Stocked bar, friendly staff, very well organised and clean equipment, especially considering the pandemic, so all round great atmosphere, quality lanes, reasonable prices and just good, fun place all around.

So much fun! Staff were fantastic, food was better than expected. Really enjoyed the experience - and will definitely come back.

My son today had a bad experience with worker named Jason, he has severable disabilities and goes bowling every week, he has a career go with him but this week he was made to pay for his career and he has a companion card which he does not have to pay for them.
Have not had a problem for the last couple of month, but i guess Jason wss having a bad day and my son had to pay for it literally.

Well located premises, arcade games for after bowling, a well thought idea. Service is great, very busy at times best to call before hand just to make sure. Overall enjoyable place to take kids out, bowling a bit of arcades and ability to grab a bite. All goodies in one place. Thanks

Hate the toilets. Hand dryer never works. Some taps don’t work. Those disgusting couches, are filthy. Need to be burnt.

Good place BUT i can't stand the smell of the polish floor. It's so over wellming i just walk OUT.

Great place to bowl and have a fun time. Pins don't always fall down. This may have more to do with the bowler rather than the centre though. Bowled better this week.

Oz Tenpin Epping did wonders tonight for my partners birthday. Not only did they streamline the shoe rent service for all 18 of us, they were more than happy to help us work out some confusing name changes when requested and did so without hesitation. They were also more than happy to do the math required when it came to paying for the games and were very transparent throughout.

One of their Technicians' 'Shane' was asked for some bowling pointers by an attendee of the party and he was happy to oblige in his spare moment.

I Will be highly recommending Oz Epping to all my further friends and family and may even return on my own to have a go at the boards again.

Lots of fun things to do. Great, friendly and helpful customer service for my son's Escape Room birthday party.

Oz Tenpin offers cheaper games during quiet times, and has shoe hire as well as a pro shop. However, some of the lanes are not working properly - one that we have been assigned several times doesn't always return balls, and the ball speed sensor is broken.

Bowling club very nice.clean and heaps of parking but fast food is what it's called fast food.coffee poor

Staff needs to get a little more polite, encountered rude behaviour at the start and that spoilt half the fun out of outing
