Second year in a row we had our sons birthday party here. Jason and his team are amazing. Always making sure everything was good and everyone was happy. Thank you for making my sons birthday party a memorable one.

Great fun! Could do with a mini spruce up, but heaps of fun and lovely service from the staff.

The phrase "I shouldn't be here today" worked in Clerks, not so much at an 8yo's birthday party. Weird interaction to witness between a staff member and a customer who asked for their cutlery.

Plenty of space for the kids, and unbeatable value for money if you're hosting a party or birthday.

We celebrated my sons 9th Birthday last night, the venue and staff were absolutely amazing. The staff were professional, attentive and caring.

No AC during hot days, Frozen food is served instead of cooking fresh one.

Not happy with the guy at the counter today on 14th jan 2023 10.45 am, he was not friendly at all. I was surprised with the way he reacted when I asked if I can play free with my clients companion card! I would suggest to the carers not to bring your clients here anymore. Thanks Suraj

Staff was real rude, made my 10 year old cry also droped the f bomb at me, Because our lane was not working at times do not recommend this place

Poor staff, they speak like robots on the telephone one fails to understand. Bowling alleys were faulty and our game was delayed for 15 mins.

Shoes we rented were very clean and new. Nice atmosphere. Great customer service. I just thought the music was too loud and would prefer the lighting to be brighter. Overall was a nice family friendly place to take your kids or for a fun activity with friends.

I have to say the staff are so kind and polite and always put a smile on my face, even when booking on the phone. Great fun, kids loved it and I was especially happy because I won!

Very clean place. The process is well structured. Boards for scoring work well. Instant support when there is an issue. Finger foods option available. Family friendly. Birthday parties can be held there for kids. Highly recommended

What a disgrace
Have some minimum common sense.
When you are running a restaurant, you will have to clean your place.
Staff are rude to the core.

The atmosphere is great, the staff is wonderful but the female manager is very angry and abrupt! I use to go every weekend and spend quite a bit of money but ever since meeting that woman manager, it makes me want to go to another bowling allie!

Great ten pin bowling centre. Plenty of lanes and the peeve was clean and tidy. We were able to play with the bumpers up for one of our players and the rest without. Shoes were comfy and the food was nice. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole family had a great time.

Hadn't been there since covert drama started march 2020 here in Melbourne. Arrived on what must have been comp night. Guy behind counter Jason Coates or so he says that's his name proceeds to my surprise actually have a spare lane. Turns out the number 1 lane in the private party room. Well after playing 2 games and alot of frustration. The lane favours right hand gutter like a shonky pool table favours the right side pockets in a run down old country pub. Barely manage sub 100 games. After a passing comment Jason Coates proceeds to lie to me about lane being perfectly straight and with no right bias. How he has his lanes tested religiously every month. In fact just that month. When I dispute this he proceeds to insult my intelligence by showing me last report and analysis. Turns out it was in October 2021 last assessed and only once a year not every month as previously stated. When i ask for partial $10 from $25 payed discount he turns all nasty. Refusing to give me copy of reports which he had specifically initially printed out for me and had invited behind counter to look at computer screen of fore mentioned report and proceeded to gesture i leave said area and refused any compensation, discount or even future free game when decent lanes were available. This was obviously the private function room with 8 or so lanes usually used by birthday parties and the like. What I would call the beginners and abused lanes. I informed him I'm a 140+ bowler on my worst day. He continues to dig his lying cheating money hungry self even deeper and insist all lanes are perfect and it just must be me. For this deceitful greedy act I'll play my regular bowling with my special PEPSI-COLA limited edition bowling ball over at Keon Park which happens to be closer to my house in Thomastown. Usually 1-2 times a week with my wife. So to anyone considering going there don't. I actually initially thought he was a really nice guy. Friendly with all the club players, efficient even wiped my table down and cleared return shout of excess balls for me. So imagine to my complete surprise as to how being called out in a little lie turned heated and belligerent very quickly. I intend to report this matter to the relevant associations. You loose in all ways Jason Coates future business from myself and hopefully some disciplinary action. F. Y. JASON COATES. You picked the wrong guy to pull a fast one on.

Unreal evening with some competitive bowling. Came expecting a frame with mates but left with so much more.

Special shout out to Chris behind the counter and whoever made the hotdogs.they were delicious

Good to be out for Christmas party and have a night out with the staff. Not too crowded although we had booked a lane so that helps. They could do with an extra staff member at the desk on a Saturday night shift as it takes a while to be attended to, whether it was front desk to check in or cafe. Customer service was good and over all it was a lovely Christmas night out. Clean location and easy parking facilities also.
