This place is great news for Ballarat! Brilliant new facility, super clean and well-laid out. Lots to keep the kids amused, and it's obvious this place is a great option for birthday parties.
Couldn't fault the staff. Excellent customer service from a team that really seem to care about delivering a high-quality experience. Can't wait to bring the kids back for more fun

We were told they close at 8 pm on a phone and went there at 5: 30 pm but they said they are closing at 6 and not taking any more customer. Do better!

So cute so funky.please never ever change the music.went in at 4: 30 and the party was already STARTED.my friends and i had a lovely time and the staff was very nice.and they have bowling bingo now!

This has to be the cutest lil retro vibe tenpin bowling! The staff were all lovely and accommodating, and we had a great time.

Pretty disappointed in the customer service when I double checked this place was open till 9: 30pm, walk in at 7: 30pm and was told by the worker that she wanted to shut in 15 minutes so we couldn’t play. She admitted it was open till 9: 30pm but wanted to close early due to it not being “busy enough. ” Travelled half an hour to just be turned away because staff wanted to shut early doesn’t seem great. Won’t be spending my money here again.

What a great place for a kids party. The staff were awesome. Highly recommend. Kids had a blast in the disco theme.

We happened to be at the bowling centre during some form of disco-rave party theme thing and it was epic. I’m unsure if they are going for the retro vibe or just like everything in Ballarat just a little behind in the tech scene but either way it was great.

I can't thank Shannan and the team enough for the great friendly & professional service they gave us yesterday for my twins 13th birthdays. They were so accommodating in every aspect. My twins had an awesome time bowling with their friends. Highly recommend

Love that this place is such a local institution. Went here for Labour Day holiday. The lady at front desk was so so friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service, really. And she even got the cosmic glow in the dark disco bowling going for the day - just because she was feeling in the mood! It was a great experience. Very impressed. Wish I noted her name.

What a great place.they support people with disabilities, and make you feel welcome. Great little Cafe. Great community inclusion.

Had a great time! Kids loved it. Had a few issues with the computer on our lane though which was kinda annoying.

An absolute rip off paid for 2 games but the lady said we only paid for 1and not only that the computer keeps stuffing up scores and skipping people kids weren't happy at all, the place needs to upgrade its machine and staff differently wouldn't recommend in future I will travel out if town.

Came up for a bowling tournament & this cente was awesome. Super friendly staff & centre was extremely clean. Staff extremely helpful. Thankyou & highly recommended

This place is a tax dodge for the owner, archaic overhead monitors that barely work, should have been replaced last century. No air to dry your hands before bowling, computer system possibly the oldest in Australia, old hand me down pins from other centers need replacing with actual new ones - Bowl elsewhere if possible.
On a brighter note, most of the staff and management are nice friendly people and a pleasure to deal with. They do their best with what little they have.

From the outside, looks a little tired but inside the staff go above and beyond to welcome all and create a fun and friendly outing for the family. Each visit we see a mix of ages and people having a great game.

Lots of fun, very friendly and helpful service and great atmosphere. A little bit old school with the green screen computers, but I like it. Also had bumpers for the kids
