Oval Motel Bendigo

This was such a delightful place to stay for a night. Very thoughtfully appointed, comfortable, clean & we loved the period bathroom. We’ll be back next time

Hidden behind an unassuming exterior, the room was very impressive - excellent decor and facilities, including plentiful guest toiletries. More like a boutique hotel than a motel. Staff (Carol) gave a super warm welcome and helpful hints for dinner options. Central location was very convenient and surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise. Will definitely come again on future trips to Bendigo.

Friendly and helpful hosts, clean and in a great location. Compact room with everything we needed (kitchenette with microwave and crockery, great aircon, shower with good water pressure, wardrobe with hanging space, parking). Great value pricing, would definitely stay again!

The Oval Motel has three stars with Hotels.com well this is a hidden gem giving you service that five star motels don’t give from the friendly greeting at reception to the suggestions for places to have a meal. Great location can walk everywhere. Room was very clean.great shower.

Loved staying here! The room was clean, comfy and perfect. I had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, kettle) and the staff were all lovely. Honestly, it was the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time! I'll definitely be back:)

Gary and Caroline are lways friendly, and helpful. The wonderful rooms are always clean and well-serviced with everything you need. I’ve been staying here often for 18 years and it just keeps improving. Highly recommended.

A lovely classic motel in a great central location, reasonably priced and absolutely fantastic customer service. Walking distance to the town centre, hospital, art gallery and swimming pool! Clean, comfortable and quiet. Carolyn goes above and beyond to look after her guests.would highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, friendly.
Loads of little touches like the amenities in the bathroom, the breakfast delivered through the special nook and Netflix are great.
An easy stroll to town and about 5
Mins walk from the botanics.
Brilliant value stay.

Fantastic staff, couldn't do enough for us.
Rooms are spacious and beautifully clean.
Rooms are older than some Motels, although we haven't stayed here before, coming from Qld, we could find nothing to complian about.
Beautiful thick fluffy bathsheets too.
