Outlook Drive Fish & Chips

If you want grilled fish don't go there.

I ordered grilled fish because I don't eat crumbs, butter and oil, but when I opened it at home I was really disappointed fish was crumbed and full of oil it was like pan fried fish, I tried to clean it from the crumbs but when I tried to eat taste was like oil not fish. I called them but they were arguing with me with excuse we do it on this way. I was in more then 10 fish and chips shops but have never seen crumbs on the grilled fish, it is unwritten rule don't crumb grilled fish.
If you want grilled fish don't go there.

Absolutely amazing! We order from them regularly and every time the food has been super fresh, hot & delicious their batter is awesome! The Dinner Pack for 2 is the best & I love that it includes a drink as all the other places we've tried don't. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, so to are the delivery drivers & we've ordered through all the main apps. Definitely recommend!

HSP here is solid. Meat is definitely a step up compared to other places. Can't comment on the the menu items though.

Tasty food and quick delivery! They make great chips and are generous with chicken salt and vinegar. Couldn't fault them!

My wife ordered $7 worth of chips and 6 potatoe cakes, came to $13, no worries but when arriving home the size was very average, the tasteless chips had no salt and there was NO POTATO CAKES! As first time customers looking for a new F&C Shop definitely couldn't recommend this place.

The first time we tried food from Outlook it was great. We thought we had found our go to place. What we found was sometimes it was good, sometimes it was too oily and potato cakes were way too brown. Eventually we stopped getting any of the good times, and it was consistently too oily.

I don't know if they changed their oil, the fry temperature, couldn't cope with increased volume, or something else but we tend to not go here anymore. The food becomes sickly before we're full.

Normally we don't post negative reviews, especially in these times. However their responses to bad reviews are incredibly disappointing and worth noting. They have no real interest in improvement.

I DONT not like the food at all. Whilst I was there the man cooking the food hand no gloves on and was pre making like a hundred potato cakes dipping n them in batter then dropping in the fryer without gloves. My fish bites chips and grilled fish were not good at all, no social distancing etc.be warned

Food is disgusting and covered in too much batter. Scallops undercooked and rest of food was absolutely putrid. Order was over an hour late and couldn't get in contact with them. Poor service. Would never order from this place again!

Best fish and chips I've had in Melbourne and now I don't go anywhere else. Awesome food and great service!

I have more reasons to become your regular customer. So nice & clean, very friendly and the food cooks perfect and taste amazing. I really loved my fish n chips and I will come again & again. Keep up the good service. Highly recommend you to all the fussy eaters near & far. You're the best

40 mins to an hour late
Food was cold, and barley eatable
Staff were having an argument with each other, swearing and yelling at each other aloud enough for customers to hear it, even though we were waiting outside

Very good food, we just moved to outlook drive with me and my family and we always buy from here.
They were kind enough to accept my daughters resume and give her one week training to see how she goes.

They are nice people and the people that love to briNg them down you are honestly blind because they are the best fish and chips in Dandenong north, better then Brady road and Menzies avenue.
So please keep your negative thoughts to yourself thanks.

Why? The he question i was left asking myself. My grilled fish was covered in crumbs. Its the unwritten rule that you DONT crumb grilled fish. My partners fish had bones in it. Dont bother to complain they couldn't care less
i will not be coming back.
