Outlook Drive Fish & Chips

Chips were fresh and hot. Satisfied. Outlook drive is somewhat grimy, broken glass etc. But this fish n chip shop is clean with a good atmosphere. Worth the money.

The best fish I’ve ever had, gourmet quality fish. We always order butter fish and it goes very well with tartare sauce. We love their garden salads and potato wedges. Very friendly, we don’t mind waiting for the order at all since they’re really good. Definitely recommend this place! There are more to the menu, I hope to try their burgers next time. Keep up with the good work

Consistent decent food. Big fish. Good value and always give bit extra fish bites for the kids.

Bought fish and chips from here, the flakes are super crispy and chips are very tasty. Highly recommend this place for fish chips. Price is fair as well!

The price list brochure on their counter has different prices than their board. When I ordered off the menu and queried their price difference, I got told that they were the old prices and they couldn't do anything about it. So why advertise the old prices still and not honour them if someone points it out?

Can't really fault anything except for the fact burgers can be a but messy. However thats to be expected sometimes

This has to be the most soggy, disgusting HSP I have ever ordered, ontop of that it took over 1.5 hours to arrive we paid over 70dollars for dinner and if I knew the service and food would be this horrible I would have cooked dinner myself, won't ever order from her again

The new management has worked on a lot of the previous feedback given to them and this is clearly reflected by massive improvement in their food and service.

Always friendly and efficient for both online orders and in-person. The quality/taste has improved heaps too. Great value and always generous with the servings.

Really humble family run business that works hard at improving the place to make it a local mainstay. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the food poisoning. Still sick because of the fish I ate last night. Standard was much lower than before.
I have previously ordered from here with no complaint. But periodically this place has gotten worse and worse and the food of poorer standard.
The fish last night was the last straw for me. Sorry Outlook Drive but you've lost a customer now. I am not going through that pain and sick ever again if I can avoid it.

Really really really bad, everything is really burnt, fish has so much batter on it that even tho it’s burnt it’s not even crispy there’s more batter than fish, I had a bite and it’s disgusting so much uncooked batter, really bad value, iv been here before in the past it’s really gone downhill I would stay away from this place never again

I ordered individual packs for a reason yet you put everything ito the same bag. Stick to what you advertise.

Barramundi and potato cakes are good and they are very generous with the fish bites.batter is nice.

Terrible, moved to the area recently and this is my local fish and chip shop, bad value, I bought the fish and chips pack and I think I only received about 15 chips, ontop of that the food is always burnt and way over cooked they need to change there oil more regularly, I don’t understand how you can stuff up fish and chips so badly, the place is a fish and chip shop if you can’t get that right you shouldn’t be in business, I found a place that is just as close buy, Brady road fish and chips if you live in this area don’t waste your time with outlook Drive Fish Chips

Been going here for years I use to buy snack packs for my kids I bought one from the new owners looked inside and I said to the staff there's only half a snack pack here his response was buddy you only paid $5 for that and I haven't been back since

I'm sad to see the old owners have moved on and the quality with them.
After tonight's dinner, so shall I.

Fish was still OK, but the calamari and Greek salad used to be my favourite.
The flavour, quality and freshness is just not the same.
I hope this helps since we used to frequently buy fish and chips here.

Waited over an hour for a Dinner pack and they forgot to include the flake. Very poor service since change of owners.

Used to be my go to place.but the new ownership, and the rude staff has ruined this place.
As a regular customer, I requested to make sure proper amount of salt is added to the fish and chips.and the staffer cooking added so much salt (and don’t know what) that it wasn’t even edible.my eyes could not believe the amount of salt unless I tasted.see the pics.also when called back to complain. I was rudely told it’s because I asked for salt: (

I observed a girl there preparing a hamburger (not mine) with her hands, no gloves. She put in lettuce by hand. She then reached into her pocket for her phone, played with it for about 20 seconds, then continued to build the hamburger with her hands, no gloves.
It’s a shame because the food is good but cannot put up with this.
Never again.

I think they’re under new management, took 90 minutes to arrive and was missing an entire flake, chips and potato cakes after spending over $40 and quality and quantity of food was definitely lacking. Disappointing as they used to be the go to for our family. Will not order again
