Had an amazing shopping experience with OTAA. The thought of trying to find the perfect, unique and top quality gifts can be a bit overwhelming but I have to say that shopping online with OTAA made it a lovely walk in the park! Very user friendly website and you get to see each and every product close up and from every needed angle. I just found my favourite tie store! I was looking to purchase a new tie for Christmas, and I came across OTAA. They seemed to have a nice selection, and I found the perfect tie. Since I also wanted free shipping (who doesn’t), I chose another tie and some accessories. My only concern was actually getting it by Christmas time in less than a week. At checkout the estimated delivery was 2-5 business days, which would have worked. However, once I got the tracking number, the delivery date was after Christmas. I reached out to their customer service, and Ben assured me that if I don’t get my shipment on time, we will figure something out, including an exchange. Luckily, DHL managed to deliver the package from Australia to Canada in 4 days, during the holiday season, nevertheless. As for the ties - they are awesome! Great quality, vibrant colours, and exactly as pictures on their website. Given their responsive customer service, huge selection and amazing product, I will be ordering from them again. Bought the Africaician tie for my wedding and it was mint. It is not as bright as it is in photos but I actually prefer it like that. And the shipping! Good lord. I ordered it on a wednesday and it arrived in California friday dinner time. Unreal speed. FOR FREE. Will definitely be back for any formal items I need.
